It only takes 10 minutes from the B&B to Shinjuku in Wang District, which is a good choice! Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

The location is really good, 5 minutes walk from the subway station. I read the comments before that there is no cleaning, but it is not true. There is a notice on the door before 11 am saying ”need to be cleaned”, and the aunt will clean it. There is a kettle, microwave, and small refrigerator. It is very convenient to buy lunch boxes from the supermarket opposite and heat them up. I stayed there for 10 days and it was quite comfortable. The disadvantage is that there is the sound of cars passing by at night, which can't be helped in this location. Also, the washing machine and dryer are relatively old. Everything else is good. The front desk can also speak English, so there is no problem in communication.

Great location, great hotel, and wonderful service! Family of four, we booked a double and it was a nice room with two double beds. Although a bit small, it was fine for us and we were happy to have a microwave, etc that made it feel homey. The hotel was quiet, the a/c good, and the water pressure strong. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the Hachioji Eki and all the various conveniences there. Staff was very nice, check-in was smooth and quick, and check-out was as simple as dropping off our card key. We mistakenly left a pair of pajamas in the room and the wonderful staff was able to locate it and send it to us, already in another prefecture, the next day. Thank you so much!! This kindness will not be forgotten and we would love to return to this hotel the next time we visit the area.

With any brand new hotel you expect a few hiccups, but my layover stay at the Metropolitan Haneda didn’t have a single one. Easy access from Haneda via the monorail (one stop away) and a short walk from the station to the hotel front door. Helpful staff, easy check in, efficient room with a comfy bed and one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. This was a great way to spend my 16 hour layover in Tokyo. Breakfast was included in my very economical room charge and included Western and Asian fare. Scrambled eggs were not as hard-cooked as most Americans like them, and much of the hot food needed to be kept warmed a little more than it was, but all in all a good buffet.

I don’t feel at ease because no one has handed over them. In the end, the hotel replied that there is a send password for me, but what I received is exactly It was only sent to me at 11:17 on the night of 2/4, and I have not received it before. This is really about a 3-4 minute walk once you leave Tokyo Station, take Yaesu Central Exit. Once you cross the big street outside the station, it is only one block to a set of lights, left a very short ways, then right 2 or 3 doors, check in is on the 2nd floor (2F). There are signs in English high up and near the entrance. We stayed twice this trip. Check in was prompt. We had a twin room, 2 single beds. The rooms were very clean small as expected, so 2 beds worked better, nobody sleeping against the wall. Everything we needed, fridge, two pillows each (soft and hard), kettle, tea, coffee, TV, good lights, wifi, hangers, pants press, great soaps, shampoo and nice towels. Also, pajamas. There was a microwave and ice near the front desk area. We stayed a second time and the both rooms were identical except for the view. The first one had a view of building construction underway next to our hotel with a small bit open to see the weather. The second was higher up and overlooked the new building next to it. Not sure if that view will stay like that. A hotel view of a building next to it is common in Japan. We only slept and showered there so no view was no issue for us. There are 2 Family Marts and a 7-11 about 3-4 minute walk away also, plus other restos, more for the afternoon or night but there is a nice soba restaurant (Komoro Soba) that is open for breakfast which we enjoyed. The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful and the next time in Tokyo, we'll plan on staying there again.

The airport can be reached directly all day long. A 2-minute walk from Zomae Station. About 10 minutes walk from Asakusa Station. The location is very good. Walk about 1.2 kilometers to Sensoji Temple. The hotel is clean and tidy, and you can cook. The boss is very nice. Very recommended.
