Outstanding
TThomasIt’s a new hotel next to monorail station. The room is clean and tidy. They serve the breakfast which is nice. The coffee shop is very stylish and good to spend time for reading and relaxing when taking coffee there. The public bath is provided which is good for muscle relaxation after a day long outside.
MMsBeh94Strategically located just next to Tsubogawa monorail station with Lawson & 7 Eleven easily accessible from hotel. Check-in & out process was super smooth. There’s also a car rental service (Gulliver) attached to the hotel building so useful to those wanting to rent or return car.
If you need to get around by bus then you may need to walk a bit further to get to your bus stop which is a bummer if the weather was sunny then rainy like ours. But still decently connected to bus routes (though note that bus timing in Okinawa is not as sharp as in major Japan cities).
There’s an automated parking garage just behind the hotel building so you can park your car there. I’m unsure if they charge any parking fees for their hotel guest. I only parked my car there for an hour & I didn’t pay anything, but remember to validate your parking ticket at concierge before leaving.
Room was clean with full amenities provided. My room came with a sofa bed so 3 adults can sleep comfortably though room space may be tight especially if you have lots of luggage but it’s still doable for us. There’s water & ice dispenser on each level so you can get free water & ice there instead of buying.
There are washing & dryer machines on level 1 but only 3 units each, some people leave their clothings unattended inside the machines even when their cleaning cycle ends so it’s troublesome for the next user - so please be mindful of your timing & collect your clothings on time (the machine will indicate time needed to complete the cleaning cycle).
We didn’t get the breakfast buffet so no comments on that. There are several fast food chains & restaurants surrounding the hotel but didn’t look too appetising to us.
Overall, we liked the hotel & the convenience it offered so will consider staying again if we’re in Okinawa.
GGuest UserOur stay at the Hyatt Regency Naha had its positive moments, but there were several disappointments, notably the parking experience and the breakfast spread. Despite booking well in advance and specifying our need for accessible parking due to an elderly, disabled family member, we were told upon arrival that the on-site parking was full. Frustratingly, other guests—Japanese-speaking and arriving after us—were allowed to park on-site, which felt inconsistent and dismissive of our needs.
The hotel directed us to a nearby commercial car park, but the directions were vague, causing us to circle the area three times before finding it. We ultimately had to return to the lobby for more precise instructions. This added stress and delay was especially inconvenient, given our situation.
The breakfast experience also left us disappointed. Although affordably priced, the selection was minimal, lacking variety and quality we expected from a Hyatt property. With such a limited spread, breakfast felt underwhelming and not reflective of the hotel’s usual standards.
While our stay had some comfortable aspects, the lack of consideration in parking arrangements and limited breakfast options diminished the overall experience. We hope the Hyatt Regency Naha improves these areas to better meet the needs of future guests.
GGuest UserLocated in the center of Naha, close to business district, monorail station and international street, it is very easy to act in rich! !! I'm glad that breakfast is free! It was just right because I ate lightly before work 🎵 Welcome drink is also a nice service !! The room is small but clean, and even a single desk is large, so I could use it as 💻 wide 々 when I worked lightly in the room ☺️ The bed is also a comfortable size, softness and just right. The window is also considered for privacy that was wide 々! I opened the curtain and was able to wake up while feeling Okinawa Asahi ☀️ ^_^ I think it is recommended for the business scene because I can spend time without having a paid TV. Especially young businessman ‼️ I will definitely use it again! !!
Tthe WD_Fantatstic place. The pool is clean. Have not tried the bar at night but during the day it was great. The breakie was fantastic, excellent food quality and a wide range of products for every taste. The location is the best. Bus stops to all places right outside the hotel, plenty of places to eat, walking distance to Kokusai street and of course 3 min walk to the ferry port, easy to catch a ferry to whichever island you want. Staff is super nice and speak English. I would defo visit again. P. S Rooms are small but comfy and clean.
LLeongWilliamGood location, only about 200m to the yuirail station and T galleria. There are several car rental desks inside where you can collect/return your car. Get food and groceries at Naha main place just across the road. Need to pay for parking at the hotel daily and it's first come first serve. Lots are however small , parking a big car will have problem in tight areas.
Get the breakfast buffet ,it's good.
GGuest UserThe location is very close to Shouli City and can be reached in 1 minute on foot. The hotel is not far from Naha IC AC. It is not too traffic jam to go out on the highway in the morning. There is a family on the first floor of the hotel, from 07:00 to 24:00, it is very convenient to buy breakfast, buy milk, buy instant noodles, buy bubble. The front desk staff explained the accommodation service very carefully. The first time I got the wooden door card, I was very textured. As for whether there is a Chinese service, I don't know, because I didn't meet the Chinese service staff this time. This time I stayed on the high floor and had a good view. The room is a room type with two double beds, but the Japanese double bed is just bigger than the single bed. It is not recommended that families with more than Chinese students book this room type, which is more suitable for families with primary school students or young children. The cleaning staff is very dedicated to sorting out the room.
MMALIAlthough the apartment is not in the vicinity of the international communication, but the 10+' is Pinghetong, it feels like a bazaar, there are many shops, selling local specialties, there is a big country drug makeup, out of the market is international, and Don Quixote . The apartments come out in different directions, including Rosen, the farmer's market (the farmer's central market), and walk 5~10’. The three meals a day are well resolved. There is a kitchen in the apartment, complete with kitchenware, from the knife to the stove. The shower room is Japanese. There is a balcony, there is a large closet in the bedroom, a storage room (with a suitcase) in the outside, and a separate toilet.
TtorunpasIf you can book a large private room, the room and bed are large and comfortable. You can enjoy the atmosphere of a ethnic room in a subtropical climate. The most important thing to note is that the check-in time will be absent from the staff until about 8:00 a.m. after 21:00. The toilet and shower room are shared, but the minimum cleanliness is maintained. The cooler is a time system, and if you grasp the knack, you can stop using the coin valid time when you empty the room and use it again. It is the best location to overlook the international street diagonally from the lobby veranda, walking distance to Miei Bashi bridge and prefectural office. It is also convenient for early morning airport use. A young woman who traveled alone also stayed, and she was asked to leave the staff at the lobby, and there was a little unexpected exchange. At the time of his youth, it was a comfortable dormitory inn from the experience of using an inn in Asia.
GGuest UserMr. Kinjo is a perfect getaway for solo travelers when in Okinawa. It has facilitates all over Naha, the main city on the island and it offers everything one needs. The room in Uenokura's Mr. Kinjo was absolutely a great one, it was clean, not so big, but extremely well accommodated. The bed was soft, felt like water bed at times, but it was comfortable and it only added to the overall experience, which was definitely a good one and I would recommend this hotel to anuone.
