MMing KitRight next to Shinjuku JR Station,Takashimaya. Location is super convenient. The hotel room is right up high in the sky and you can have the best view of Tokyo. Breakfast is also good. And there are some good restaurants on the same building at 3rd/4th floor as well. (Picture are the view from hotel room and lobby)

GGuest UserShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as it’s close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 there’s a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 there’s a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and there’s a full restaurant at the entrance.

CChengPerfect location for shopping with major malls located with 10mins walk. The hygiene of the street outside the hotel is below expectation but that’s not what the hotel is responsible for. Type C port next to the bed makes charging convenient. The self laundry service costs 600 yen for 2-hour washing and drying without the need to bring detergent. Another convenient service is the drinking fountain on each floor with the choice of iced, room temperature and hot water.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was located around 15 mins from the buzzling Shinjuku area and was nearer to the commercial buildings which provided a quieter resting area away from the busy packed area. Room was big for Japan standard and service was great just that if you arrive during the changing of shifts, be prepared to wait. A downside would probably be the lack of washing machines and dryers (imagine only having 4 machines for the entire 30 off levels of rooms).

CCielYukiThe uniqueness of this five-star hotel is that it offers unparalleled comfort and first-class service. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, we can meet your needs here. I was impressed with the modern amenities and thoughtful details in the hotel room. What's more worth mentioning is that the hotel's waiters always maintained smiles and enthusiasm, which made me feel more cordial and warm. If you are looking for a quality five star hotel then this hotel is undoubtedly your best choice.

MMichelle0037Conveniently located right next to Akihabara station and the main streets of the ”Electric city” itself, we got around very easily using the JR lines. Good place to find great food and plenty of convenience stores around. The room was pretty small (not suitable for those with large bags or long-term stays), but for us it was enough. And the bathtub was surprisingly spacious too :)

Ccloudy moonLocation is good. Take exit West(N, 20b) and walk straight after cross the zebra cross in front of Family Mart Hotel rooms in Tokyo are generally small. I booked a 2 beds (with bunk beds) to have more space for us. There are pillows for you to choose next to the life lobby and there are plenty of eateries nearby. Very convenient. Nothing much for the breakfast. ¥1,000 can eat a lot more outside.

LLiz Arabelle Tan-RevillaWe enjoyed our stay here! Although the hotel is farther away from the Tokyo Metro than we anticipated. It is near the Tsukaba Express line, about 5 minutes walk; but you will mostly use the Asakusa Line, Ginza Line etc all part of the Tokyo Metro, to get to most places. The Tokyo Metro is about 15 min walk from the hotel. But we appreciated that it was near the hustle and bustle of Asakusa. You'll be near the Sensoji Temple, a lot of restaurants and shops, most especially the 24/7 Don Quijote. There are also pharmacies nearby for any emergencies. We arrived at around 4pm, and there was a front desk staff present to help us check in. They speak good english and understand it well too, so you wouldn't have any trouble communicating with them. They aren't around in the morning, I believe they are only there from the afternoon til night time. We checked out really early, around 5AM and no one was there but upon check in they instructed us to just leave the keys in the box at the front desk. Also, they leave notes on the front desk that can be helpful for you. Like they leave the telephone out just in case you need to call a cab, or call whomever; and if you ever need any toiletries, towels etc refilled, you can easily grab what you need at the hotel lobby where they have everything ready for you. The hotel also has an elevator, which was so convenient given that we were carrying 4 baggages, and we were almost at the top floor. The hotel room is just enough for two people. The beds were two single beds pushed together. The bed and pillows were comfy to sleep in especially after a day of walking 20k+ steps in the city. There is space for your luggages under the beds so we didn't have any trouble with that. We had two 26” luggages and one 30” luggage and one duffle bag. The bathroom has toiletries ready, hand and body towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. Also a hair dryer and extra toilet paper rolls. I'd say I have all that I need in the bathroom. The toilet has an automatic bidet and heated seat. Shower and toilet is separated by a door. Shower and bathtub has a heater. I wasn't sure if they offered laundry services for clothes, but there is a nearby self-service laundromat that we used before out trip ended. Overall I'd recommend this to someone who is on a budget, wants a comfortable stay, and most importantly is ok with walking long distances (but tbh if you're going to Japan you definitely have to be ok with walking A LOT).

AAnonymous UserHighly recommend anyone who wants to stay in Ginza and wants an onsen within the hotel as well. Can't explain the joy of coming back after a long day of 25k steps and soaking in an onsen. The hotel provides a bathrobe & outdoor slippers (not for room) so you can use that to move about the hotel. The onsen has shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well, so all you have to do is bring a towel that the hotel also provides. For anyone wondering, the hotel also has a coin operated washer and dryer. Can't remember the exact cost, but one cycle of washing and drying probably amounted to about 300 yen! Worth it to avoid doing laundry at home. For the room itself, although it is small, with some expert maneuvering, we were able to open up 1 large and 1 small luggage to pack things. The is a typical Japanese sized room aka small, but it's rather functional so it works if you're just looking to get some shut eye. All in all, I recommend this hotel!

GGuest UserThe hotel uses self-service check-in. This time, we have two adults and a one-and-a-half-year-old baby. The room looks very big in the photo, but it would be a bit awkward to put two suitcases in. This time, I was more disappointed when I entered the room. I found that the cleaning was not very clean, there was a lot of hair from the previous tenant, and there was dust on the refrigerator. The towels provided by the hotel have a strong smell of bleach, so it is recommended to bring your own towels. The location is about 15 minutes from the station. The only good thing is that the eel rice next door is delicious.
