GGuest UserThis is our new go-to hotel for Tokyo—-it meets all the 4 C’s: Cleanliness, Convenience, Comfort and Class! Such a great location can’t be beat—-the Airport Limo bus stops right at the entrance, and it opens directly into Southern Terrace with easy access to Takashimaya, Shinjuku station and all the lovely shops and restaurants in between. The rooms were modern, with awesome views of the city. The bathroom could use some updating, but the shower water pressure and temperature were perfect. Definitely worth returning to!

GGuest UserShiba Park Hotel is a beautiful, clean, quiet, elegant, fairly priced, stylish & cozy place. The rooms are large enough and the bathroom is modern, with all the amenities. In the room there is a safe, a large TV, comfortable sleepers and 2 brown cotton robes to wear when relaxing. We recommend to stay in this hotel to any tourist visiting the city, as it’s close to Daimon subway station and to many other attractions (Tokyo tower and Zojo-ji temple). Nice service, although the receptionists are a little slow. At floor 4 there’s a self service laundry (washer, drier and ironing board) that you can use with just 400 yens, at floor 8 there’s a water dispenser, and at floor 5 you can find a vending machine with cold water, sodas and beer! You can drink unlimited free coffee and tea at the main floor, and there’s a full restaurant at the entrance.

LLauDylanThis is my second time staying at Keio Plaza Hotel, and I love it for its unbeatable location—so convenient and close to everything! The facilities are what you will expect from a large hotel and are generally good, though I am looking forward to the Seven-Eleven opening later this month (Dec 2024) on the 2nd floor, which will make things even better. The rooms are big, clean, and well-maintained, and the service is good. The buffet breakfast is nice, but the selection is repetitive across the two restaurants. Overall, it is an excellent choice for family trips!

MMaY ChpThe hotel is clean, looks new and nice design too. Rooftop is the bonus as can see Tokyo Skytree and Sensoji Temple clearly. Nice view. However, the location bit far from Asasuka station by walking. But if you walk through Nakamise street, you will find it interesting as lots things to shop and eat😉 A helpful staff during our check in as she went extra miles to assist us to call the parking lot management and enquired their charge rate. AAnonymous Userstayed at the hotel for just 2 nights. it is okay for little days. location is walkable distance from train station and alot of things nearby. room is smaller than it looks but still managable for a family of 3. would come back here if it is a short stay. service staff was amazing and had alot of free amenities for guests. bathroom cleanliness was okay but on the last day noticed that there was seaweed floating in the bathtub and next day appeared at sink. didnt tell receiptionist as i figured we were leaving already and they will do a cleanup.
