Per la mia vacanza di una settimana a Trieste mi sono fermato in questa struttura. Ottimo hotel sia per la posizione, in pieno centro e molto vicino alla stazione dei treni. Personale gentile, professionale, sempre presente e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Stanza singola giusta per le mie esigenze, dotata di ogni comfort per un hotel tre stelle, ottima la pulizia e con la biancheria pulita ogni giorno. Personale disponibile anche a consigliare ristoranti nella zona, luoghi da visitare e come raggiungerli. Lo consiglio sicuramente e se dovessi un giorno ritornare a Trieste lo riprenderò in considerazione

We stayed here for a week in June for a friend’s wedding nearby. Great location on the sea front. The location is a few miles outside of Trieste so a taxi is needed to and from the city. Better to have a hire car: the hotel has plenty of parking. The breakfast is well managed and a great choice of delicious food served in the lovely restaurant. We had dinner there once; the food was good. Our room had a balcony with great views, though there is often a lot of traffic and noise from cars and motorcycles. But lovely sea views. The room service and cleaning was quick, unobtrusive and immaculate every time, so a big thank you to housekeeping. Reception team are stars. They coped well with everything we asked (in English as we hardly speak any Italian) and were super helpful, even recovering my mobile phone which I stupidly left in a taxi. Also, every morning the reception and dining room team welcomed us with smiles and greetings. A great hotel, I’d be happy to recommend and to stay here again.

The hotel is a central hotel, in the heart of the ghetto, two minutes walk from the Piazza della Unita, restaurants and the heart of the city of Trieste. The hotel is very friendly and friendly and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is fully renovated and new. The rooms are simple and quality. The location is very quiet in a adjacent street away from the tumult of bars and restaurants, however close to. We liked the hotel a lot, it is a hotel with few rooms, the classic one is fair in size, but everything is very clean and decorated with great taste, very classic, the bathroom was small, it had a shower, but it had everything and everything was in perfect condition condition. At breakfast, we did not know that the hot dishes had to be ordered, it was not indicated and they did not offer it to us either, but seeing other customers order it, we also did it, except that, everything was very correct and the attention of the employees also.

We went for my partners birthday night away. By far the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in around the world. Almost more of a museum than a hotel! Historic King Room was lovely. Reception staff and spa staff were super, breakfast staff could have paid more attention to us, we felt rather ignored.

It was the best location while traveling to Trieste. The facilities are clean and the bathroom is satisfactory! However, it was a pity that the sound insulation was not good. The sea view that was slick was also goodㅎㅎ I'm going to ask you guys planning a trip to Trieste. It seems to be a good hotel! Highly recommended

I was in this BNB for a night with my boyfriend, the location is his strong point, two steps from the station and near the sea and the center, great to visit everything walking in a day. We appreciated the self-check in which allowed us to get and manage independently.The palace is ancient and inevitably smells strong when you enter, but the rooms and common spaces are modern and well maintained. The facility offers a hot drink and caramel machine to welcome guests, while breakfast products are always available in the kitchen. There are posters on each desk that indicate their content and maps of the city with the tourist attractions. The room is spacious and well maintained, with an additional couch and covers in the box, if necessary. The comfortable and soft bed, the new and quality beds and the double glasses perfectly insonorize external noises. The bathroom, in our case, was private but outside the room, also clean and with a powerful phone (very useful if you have long hair), soap for hands and two different types of shower shampoo. The handwheels are also available, and we would like to advise anyone who wants to stay in this beautiful city. The only advice from us would be to make available a salty breakfast alternative, as the sweet choice is much more than abundant. ☺️

Very pleasant stay at the hotel in the centre of Trieste. Receptionist was very feiendly. The room was with external bathroom, but exept walking thru thw corridor, it was spacious with all needed, shower, fan, paper, bide, toilet. The balcony was nice and street oriented. Breakfast was included and fantastic with even vegan options croasant. Elevator is in the building and it made out luggage varring easier ro the first floor. Next time I ll book the same hotel.

I made the mistake of staying at Hotel Italia because it was one of the few hotels in Trieste that still had rooms available at the last minute. That was the first warning sign. The second red flag was the less than gracious welcome that I received from the nighttime desk clerk and a badly-dressed ruffian who I was told was the hotel’s security but looked like he was just released from prison. The poor manners of the staff weren’t limited to them - the morning clerks were just as rude. The place looks, feels and smells more like a hostel than a 3-star hotel. The hotel entrance - it can’t even really be called a lobby - is shabby, dim and ill-maintained. My room was no better, with scuff marks on the walls, depressing faux-wood furniture and cheap curtains. The television screen had fingerprints on it and the toilet seat cover was covered in marks/engrained stains. The breakfast was a small selection of not-fresh, highly-processed low quality crap that makes you think “maybe I’m not hungry this morning after all.” Normally, for an experience this low caliber I would have expected to pay 60-80 euros at most. At the Hotel Italia it costs a whopping 141 euros for one person. If you like overpaying for a stay that will leave you feeling depressed, taken advantage of and a little unhygienic then Hotel Italia is the place for you. Otherwise find someplace - anyplace - else.

I made my first trip to Trieste. The hotel is close to the station and you can walk to the downtown area, so the location is good. Access to tourist bases is also outstanding. The hotel itself is old, but it would be better to say that it has a taste. The room was clean, the shower was full of water pressure and the hot water came out immediately. If you eat breakfast well, is it good for a triple stroll? I enjoyed drinking late at night at a nearby bar and returned to the hotel, but it is a city without any anxiety
