Excellent
XXIAOLANThe hotel is newly renovated, very clean, booked triple room, is a large bed, there is a sofa bed, the sofa bed is paved. Mini bar food and refrigerator drinks (Coke, Sprite, Orange Juice, Soda, 2 bottles of mineral water) are free, but they are no longer added after use. The breakfast was great and very rich. There is an open-air bar on the top floor, which is open at night. You can sit down and chat without a drink. The hotel is ideally located for all of Rome’s sights.

GGuest UserThe hotel was conveniently located 5-min from Termini train station and the FCO airport shuttle bus and hop on hop off bus stops just across. We stayed 2 times during our 2 week stay in Rome - over night stay before heading down to Civitavecchia Port for MSC cruise and 4 night stay upon return from the cruise ship. We used the hotel storage service for one of our luggage bags for a week during our 7-day cruise. The hotel staffs were friendly.

GGuest UserThe establishment is located a 2-minute walk away from Termini station so it's very convenient if you arrive by train and plan to use the public transports to move around the city (which is recommended) since from there you can hop on any bus/tram/metro/taxi and go anywhere in the city. I didn't explore much around inside the hotel, but I can tell that the restaurant area where breakfast was served is located on the last floor where the terrace is located. I always had my breakfast in the porch which is still covered from the rain and wind. In the morning you can find both sweet and savory food including cornetti, cream filled donuts, cereals, cakes, different kinds of bread that you can also toast, eggs (hard boiled and scrambled), ham, mortadella(=bologna), salami, edamer cheese, fruit, milk, orange and pineapple juice and coffee/tea/capuccino served with an automatic machine. Finally on every table you could find small jars of jam/marmalade. You can reach the floor with 2 separate elevators and I believe the terrace also hosts a bar with music in the evening. I was given a double room to be used as a single so the bed was large but I don't think it would be big enough for two people. The room included a mini bar, an electric kettle with cups that you could use to make tea or instant coffee, a safe and of course a set of towels, soap, shampoo, shower cap and a shoe brush. The bathroom although quite narrow included the bidet and disposable bags for tampons. On the downsides even though it was cleaned daily it seemed that some spots were overlooked for example a phone present in the bathroom was always covered in dust since before I arrived and the shower could use some descaling since most of the streams were clogged. Having a freezer in the room contributes at making it very warm. and finally, although not really an issue for me, the window was facing the inside of the building but on the bright side I believe that facing the street would have caused the hearing of a lot of noise. Talking about noise it was very quiet and the only sound I could hear were sometimes people walking in the corridor outside my room and in the evening the music coming from the terrace bar I believe, even though it stopped playing at midnight. I didn't get to experience any other amenity nor the room service since it wasn't in my interests or I didn't need to while I was there so I cannot give any comment.

DDe Bruyn - HendrickxWe stayed at the Hotel Ripa Roma for five nights. At first glance, a very well-kept hotel with a good ratio between price and quality. We were well served on arrival after midnight by the receptionist and were able to get to the room quickly. The last day we could check out until noon, but since our flight was in the evening, we could safely leave our luggage at the reception. A plus, because your last day in Rome can also be a nice one this way without luggage dragging. The hotel has a very nice, contemporary and artistic look. We like this very much. The room (superior room) was very spacious, clean and with the necessary facilities. The bed was very good. The bathroom was very hygienic, logically arranged with a pleasant shower. About the room we certainly have no complaints. Only the noise from other rooms and the corridor was disturbing. When the guests in the neighboring room turned on their TV, we could perfectly listen in. When shouting in the hallway, it seemed that those persons were standing next to the bed. The rooms are not really soundproof. Fortunately, we had earplugs with us. We also took breakfast during our stay. Here we are less satisfied. The tableware was dirty (coffee cups brown, cutlery with food residues, plates insufficiently cleaned, glasses full of calcium, ...), in our opinion a limited choice of healthy food (many cakes and cookies) and the hot dishes were cold, even when they were just served. We found the staff unhelpful, even a good morning or a friendly smile was sometimes too much. When we wanted to sit at a table on the small platform in the center of the restaurant, we were sent away because cleaning was already in progress (around 9:30 a.m.). The last two days the hotel was fully booked, which caused a lot of noise in the restaurant. We experienced this as unpleasant. Should we return, we would book a room without breakfast and find a nice breakfast place in town. Finally, we find the city tax on the high side. For the five nights (six days) we pay €60 (= €5 p.p. per day). That is the highest city tax I have ever paid and we are frequent travelers. Overall, a nice stay in a well located hotel, with the breakfast restaurant as a point of interest.

GGuest User+The location is very good. It is within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Plaza de Espana and Borghese Park. The reception staff are also very friendly. Luggage storage service is also available. The bedding is clean and the cleanliness is good. I like the tile floor. - The room is long and small. There is not much room to open the suitcase. There is no refrigerator. There are cracks or worn parts in the bathroom shower booth or sink. Amenities provided are disposable cups for brushing teeth, shower gel and soap. Breakfast is very simple. (Some breads, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, cereals, yogurt, coffee machines, juices, jams and teas are all available. There are no salads or fruits.) Among expensive lodgings in Rome, a single room like this is not bad for the price. It was a short itinerary and the time I stayed in the hotel was not long, so it was okay.

It was a decent hotel, I'd say this is more of a premier Inn type of hotel, there's not much range when it comes to breakfast, bacon and eggs and mostly cake. It's quite far from Rome center so will need to get the metro, 15 minutes walk to the metro and then about 30 minutes on the metro to Rome center. I think getting charged £45 for tourist tax is ridiculous, especially being far out, with this extra money could have booked a hotel closer to Rome center.

GGuest UserTitle: A Comfortable Stay at Hotel.Paris in Rome: Convenient Location and Helpful Staff Introduction: During my recent trip to Rome, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel.Paris for four days. The overall experience was comfortable, thanks to its convenient location, helpful staff, and pleasant atmosphere. However, the repetitive breakfast menu may become monotonous for guests planning an extended stay. Location and Accessibility: Hotel.Paris is situated in a prime location, just a 10-minute walk from Termini, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by train or using public transportation. The hotel's proximity to many major attractions was a significant advantage, allowing guests to easily explore the city's landmarks and cultural sites without spending excessive time on commuting. Comfortable Stay and Helpful Staff: The hotel provided a comfortable stay with clean and well-maintained rooms. The ambiance was pleasant, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The staff members were exceptionally helpful, offering prompt assistance and providing useful recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. Their attentive and friendly service added to the overall positive experience. Breakfast Experience: One area where Hotel.Paris could improve is the breakfast menu. While the quality of the food was satisfactory, the fixed breakfast menu for all days became somewhat monotonous for guests planning to stay for more than a day. Having a limited selection of dishes might disappoint those who prefer variety or have specific dietary requirements. Introducing some variety or offering alternatives for guests staying multiple days would greatly enhance the breakfast experience. Conclusion: Hotel.Paris in Rome offers a comfortable and convenient stay, with its prime location and helpful staff being notable highlights. The proximity to Termini and major attractions makes it an excellent choice for travelers looking to explore the city with ease. However, the fixed breakfast menu may become monotonous for guests staying for an extended period. With a little improvement in this area, Hotel.Paris has the potential to enhance the overall guest experience and become an even more popular choice among travelers visiting Rome.

Prima e ultima volta!

GGuest UserThe location of this apartment is incredible. It is very close to many attractions. No need to take a taxi. There are also many supermarkets nearby and buses are very convenient and suitable for tourists. The facilities and equipment are also good enough to cook some simple meals. The disadvantage is that the network is very unstable and there was no hand sanitizer and shower gel when we checked in. Overall good.
