QQIThe hotel itself is fine, international standards. The headache is that this hotel doesn't seem to be doing business every day and engages in many social activities. The first day of stay was a blind date, and the next day was a brand promotion meeting. Every day from 1pm to 10pm, the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room followed the shock, which was too tormenting. In order to earn some extra money, I completely ignore the guests.

The guest service relations manager that fulfils your every need and checks in with you to make sure everything is how you desire. Good housekeeping service that clean and restock the rooms. Clean safe bottled water. And the dinning staff that go above and beyond with amazing chefs that prepare meals full of love and care as if they were serving the meals for themselves and their families. The team here at the Oakwood Residence Pune are very accommodating and fulfil your every need. Very happy with my stay here. The staff that operate this place of residence is what makes feel comfortable, 10/10

NNicoleI made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

SSaurabhMehtaGood space, clean room.. Basic amenities (only soaps and towels) . It was ok for the price and last minute booking. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, the food hall was spacious but some funny smell. The thing that makes this a good place to stay is location. Also, staff was helpful and courteous with their time and advice. Food was good spread of North and South Indian cuisine.

GGuest UserRooms were clean and well maintained. Every evening I came back to clean room , well made bed to welcome me after a tiring day. Always smiling staff and accommodating. Breakfast needed a bit of attention in terms of consistency . Their ***ager - Ashutosh was always actively present and mingling with guest in dining area. Keep up the good work!

TTravel Express FTMantra hotel is the Best Hotel. The room is Near and Clean. The bathroom is clean. The shower is working with hot and cold water properly. The towel is pretty new. The bedsheet and pillows are really comfortable. I slept happily. Walkable distance from Main Road. Recommended for Good families. I would like to recommend it to all types of travellers. As shown in pics, same as it is. Reasonable price. Would be appreciated, if they maintain in long rum with the same neatness and prices.
