Outstanding
Excellent customer service by the entire team headed by the General Manager Mr.Samson. Best quality of rooms in that entire surroundings with all modern amenities. Yummy food at the restaurant with a warm service. Our guests also felt comfortable, as they were visiting India and Coimbatore for the first time. Our guests forgot their passports, it was safely kept until they returned and collected it even after check out. Our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the Zen Park team.

The stay was absolutely great - the room was clean, big, full and hot shower, people at the welcomedesk friendly, clear and helpful and the breakfast much more than expected. I will come again next time I stay in Coimbatore. Close to the airport - nothing missed.

GGuest UserGood location in down town and nice area with a lot of colleges around the hotel, means safety. Small supermarkets, food stores, small shopping mall are around to the hotel too. Just heavy traffic jam in morning and after office hour peak times. BBQ Foods are nice and there is one very good Chinese/Asia food resturant. We took the sight see here and it is really fantistic place here.

Being our train is at 4. 00pm, we have to check out at 11. 00am, even we thought of stay up to 2. 00pm, we couldn't. GGuest UserIt took almost days to really find a true and comprehensive review of the iStay Coimbatore. Finally, took a chance and booked it anyway due to the location of the hotel. Now that I stayed for 2 nights in the hotel, here is a detailed pros and cons of the stay. Stay Time & Duration : 2 Nights - Apr 2023 Overall the stay was good on the location, check-in/out experience, overall Hotel common areas cleanliness. But bad on Bed, pillows cleanliness, size of room and overall noise disturbances in the rooms in the night. Pros : * Location is the biggest plus. It is just about crossing the road from Coimbatore junction to the Hotel. So, this means, if you have a late night or very early morning train, this place is best. But, as the road itself, where the road is an eyesoar with potholes and very congested. But, there are lot of restaurants available including the Hotel restaurant itself, which is a plus. * Hotel cleanliness : To be clear, this is about HOTEL cleanliness and NOT the Room cleanliness. The Hotel looks fairly new and also the cleanliness of the common areas are clean including the lobby, lift, stairs, corridor etc., * Check-In & Check-Out : The check-in and check-out experience was very smooth. It took just few minutes to check-in and without any in room dining from my side, it took just seconds to check-out. * Bathroom & Toilets : The Bathroom and Toilets were clean, though the design is bit odd such that the whole bathroom gets flooded while taking bath. Might be this is specific to just the room I stayed in or that is the design in all rooms. * Budget - For a hotel which is so close to the Railway station, the cost of the rooms is manageable. Not Low, but medium cost. Cons : * A BIG BIG problem is the cleanliness of the Bed linen, pillows etc., The Pillow cover almost looked a very light grey instead of white. There were stains on the bedsheet and pillows. I can assure this is not for one room as I had booked 2 rooms and both rooms had similar cleanliness of the bedsheet, pillows, etc., As we stayed only in night and had to rush for a marriage, we didn't have time to talk to management. Even if we had talked, guess this is the standard of the bed linen. Also, there was bad smoke smell in one of the rooms and suffocating. * We stayed for 2 nights. After the first night, when we were back the next night, the rooms were not cleaned. So, guess the Hotel doesn't have a cleaning policy per day at all. This makes the above point worse. * Quality of sleep : Make sure you do not get rooms near the Janitors' rooms. There was too much noise and had a very bad sleep due to noise coming from there whole night. * Size of Room : The room is too small. OK for one night stay. But if you are planning to spend day time then the room is very claustrophobic.

There is a waiter named Trishna who can speak a few Chinese words. The bath water is sometimes cold and hot. No toiletries and slippers. Put a pair of chopsticks. Except for five stars, all Indian hotels do not have toiletries. Including five stars, all Indian hotels do not have plastic slippers. The surrounding environment is average. Go out and turn left across the road. There is a larger restaurant on the right. Chicken and noodles are not bad. When you go out, turn right 500 meters and there is an alley to go in. There is a restaurant My place, which is not bad. Overall, India's per capita income is much lower than China, but the price of food and beverage is even higher than China!

This property is within walk able distance from the main Rly station and in a quite place.. Its well maintained, clean and hygienic. rooms are spacious and well furnished, quality of the food was delicious. All the staff were very polite and courteous. Unfortunately in my room, the toilet door broke down and so i was not able to close it. The flush was leaking and no mug was available. I will appreciate if the management provides uniforms to their staff to maintain its standard.and if the House keeping in charge can check the room etc once a guest check out and ractify any short comings.
