This is one of the most discussed property of Oberoi for its location, service and abundance of natural beauty. You can’t go wrong with Oberoi’s when it comes to guest services and there is nothing that I can complaint off. The heated swimming pool,open air jacuzzi even in minus temperature is an experience in itself. An excellent property to get some rest to body and mind.

BBhantiWe had booked 3 rooms for our family at Radisson Kufri from 30th April to 3rd May 2022. The property is new, clean and has a lovely view. I particularly liked the lobby which had an 'old English inn' appeal to it. The rooms are well-decorated and are decent sized. After reading some reviews on the internet, we had booked superior rooms but realized that they have a 'wall view'. Specially the superior rooms in the wing which has the restaurant are very dark because they have a wall very close to the window. If you are interested in a good view, then either request for superior rooms with valley view at the time of booking or book a delux room. We had one superior room in the restaurant wing which we were slightly unhappy about. The hotel upgraded us to a delux room in the other wing the next day after check-in and did not charge us anything extra for it. Really appreciate this! I would like to thank Siddharth, Aditya, Rahul and others for ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Considering that Radisson Kufri is a five-star property away from Shimla town, expect the food prices to be on the higher side. But the restaurant amazed us with yummy food during our entire stay. The breakfast buffet had an elaborate spread and everything was delicious. We also tried the dinner buffet on our last night and were again not disappointed by the quality and taste of food. Special thanks to Chef Rajesh Rana for himself checking on with us about the food quality and also the complimentary beetroot halwa which was very tasty. One of the family members was fasting on one of the days and had certain dietary restrictions which were catered to well by the chef. Some things that the hotel can improve on in the future would be to add more staffs at the restaurant during breakfast (they are already working on this). The hotel can also carry out periodic inspections of the entire facility for regular maintenance. For example - There was a bit of a leakage into the bedroom from a small gap between the bathroom glass and the wall in one of the rooms that we stayed in. Other than these minor issues, the staffs at Radisson Kufri left no stone unturned to delight us regularly with their service. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Location is great, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, ( Rakesh, Avinash, Keshav, Urvashi) lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay there. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Location and employee behavior was super awesome. But food and service in room or breakfast was very lethargic. Food taste in room dining is not good and over priced according to taste and quantity. According to price the room was average only the view and location was at top. Activities like tambola and heated pool was plus point. I hope could get Lower price on food and drinks according to tastes and service. Also room service should improve as only for extra bed I had to wait 2 hrs and call several times.

The moment we stepped into Shimla British Resort, we were in awe of the lovely antique furniture and beautiful woodwork that gave the place a true heritage feel. The cozy bedrooms were perfect for the chilly weather, and waking up to the cool Shimla breeze was so refreshing. Babita and the team were always around to assist, making our stay all the more pleasant. A must-visit if you love history and comfort!

GGuest UserThe best place in Theog , away from the Maddening and crumbling Shimla. Great Value for money . Excellent staff. Outstanding food and staff in the resturant led by Mr. Mohan who was phenomenal. The chef and his team are brilliant and give u a sense of being at home. they also help you in getting good ,clean transport at nominal rates for sightseeing nearby. The entire resort bathes in nice sun which makes it bright given the cold weather.the view is nice given the location.
