The moment you enter the property, you get that amazing calming feeling instantly making you comfortable. Our check in process was seamless and quick. The rooms are big and the most important thing, they are extremely clean and tidy. You won't even find a single bit of dust anywhere. Even the washrooms shine with cleanliness. Our package included High Tea, Dinner and Breakfast. Since the occupancy was low, we got the option to order Ala Carte for dinner. We ordered our favourite dishes, from which Chef Vasudev Rawat Ji's Kashmiri Pulao and Saag Wala Paneer were pit of this world. I mean I have never tried anything like it before. The pulo was so good that it did not anything to complement it. It is definitely a must try. The icing on the cake is that everything single menu item here is prepared fresh, you can literally feel it in every bite. That's why they have a small menu but every single item on it will be the best you can have in Gurgaon. Apart from all the amenities and food, it always comes down to the people, and The Place has amazing and kind staff. From Kasim Khan, our server to the Front Office Manager, Rahul. Everyone was really welcoming and right at your service for anything you require. Truly an amazing experience! Normally, it is the property that gains advantage by being a Member of Radisson Individuals, but I think Chef Rawat's Kitchen and the Staff's commitment to their work has turned the tables, uplifting Radisson's name in hospitality.

This hotel is not an international brand, and I was a little worried about choosing it at first, but after checking in, I found that the staff is very friendly, and the food and environment are also five-star standards. I highly recommend it!

It was a wonderful stay, i really liked this place, location, room size, food and more than anything else the service of staff. They were very supportive and helpful and would like to come back again.

I am writing this review to express my appreciation for the professionalism of the hotel and its staff. I would especially like to thank Mr. Rahul Singh (Guest Service Manager) for his assistance in helping me retrieve my belongings, which I had left at the hotel. It is almost the same as the domestic all-season positioning, and the price is high. Close to the subway, about 5 minutes walk, right next to the main road, close to the taxi station, and convenient transportation. The hotel clearly states that there are no cash tips and promotes environmental protection. The customer service is very welcoming. The most important thing is that Ctrip's price is very favorable, which is almost 30% off the hotel price.

We office folks had come for official trip and stayed here. Most importantly this hotel is just opposite to our office and the stay was really pleasant and great. Hope to come back soon - whether its official / personal. Thanks to all staffs and to Priyanka as well.

very bad WiFi couldn't speak to my family, you cant do simple Internet scrolling , or even to watch a movie , bedsheets are dirty and not changed only after fighting , poor food options only Indian and breakfast is very bad , the bathroom drain was clogged . no washing machine as claimed by thier website , u need to pay for laundry which is done outside the facility . overall experience is bad , it does not qualify for being called a hotel at all , small advise that you would thank me for , go find another hotel .

The hotel's value for money is very high. I personally feel that the breakfast is average and the room is clean. The waiter's attitude is also very good. The transportation is also very convenient. The hotel can arrange a taxi;

Stay here was quite comfortable. Staff are very courteous. Rooms are spacious, well cleaned with aminities like gyser, ac, mini fridge, tv, room service, wifi etc. Room service from their be raw cafe is very good. Food is delicious. Tried their egg bhurji, chicken biryani, crispy corn, stuffed parathas, and kadhai paneer. None of them disappointed, all were delicious. Only thing i take issue with is that the lights in the room are bit dim, specially if you have to read/work. Will definitely stay here again.

I think the food (breakfast) was decent and the service was good. The location is a little strange, as there aren't ***y restaurants around where you can eat, and there are unpaved roads and low-income housing nearby. However, I don't think there will be any problems if you use a taxi.
