GGuest UserIt was one of the most memorable of experience to have achieved from all levels be that on my personal grounds what I had been seeking towards and at the same time the amazing comfort that was provided to us by the hotel and its overall staff was altogether to another next level. I wouldn't have achieved anything better than this at any other place if I had chosen. Keep up the good work Express Inn as this is not the only time I to have come as I'll be coming in most regularly, for you'll truly touched my heart. You'll bought in the smile that I had it long missing out in my life for quite sometime. A special word of mention goes for Lax*** from the Reservation Desk who did all kinds of workability for accommodating us, though being so very hard pressed because of year end scenario. The Front Desk ***ager Ms. Lovely who ensured to give all her care and attention throughout be that on our arrival until we leaving. She ensured to not get us disappointed anywhere to the extent of even accompanying ***** with us to our room. The Bar & Beverage ***ager - Keith who ensured to release out his time for us to interact with him whenever we were around to give us the much needed solace and laughter under his care and attention. Yogesh-The Bell Boy who is such a delight to be around with who not only holds an amazing personality but is one of the most sweetest of person I having met. A rare individual to be found these days who is so gentle, polite and highly comforting. Hope he achieves much more greater success in the hospitality industry unlike to what he is currently doing out of responsibility which actually doesnot justify to his personality which is meant for him to achieve much more bigger. The overall staff of Astria the in-house Restaurant which I can't express in words to what all they did forth in order to solve off our hunger pangs when we happened to miss out on the breakfast schedule. The House-Keeping staff too was always on their toes and readily available whenever we required of anything even though a whole lot was going at the same time at the facility especially of a certain VIP event. Lastly my word of gratitude even goes for the security personnels at the gate who remain energetic and most responsible throughout to cater to our car parking worries. Always more than ready to help & assist by providing timely valet services. May God bless everyone for Express Inn to become even more valuable to what it already is

蒋蒋The hotel is good, it is a very young hotel. It is much better than other hotels in Navi-Mumbai. The problem was that the breakfast was booked but the hotel did not check it and received the breakfast fee. Ctrip later solved it.

GGuest UserHotel Archana Residency is amazingly beautiful with a soothing interior. I was there for my course, ***** with my mom and that place literally started to feel like home for us. I still remember we reached the hotel at around 4am, tired and sleepy but special thanks to Mr Vikas and Abul ji who made our check-in very easy, helped us with our luggage and without losing time, we were shown our room. The room was very classy with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The housekeeping staffs, specially Mishra ji, Yadav ji, Abul ji were very efficient and attentive. We were provided plush towels and toiletry sets that they would replace every day. We stayed there for around 18 days and me and my mom had the most special vegetarian breakfast and dinner at their restaurant everyday. The food was extremely delicious, top notch and value for money. A big thank you to all the servers of the restaurant for attending to us with a great smile and hospitality and recommending the best food. Special thanks to Mr Mozumdar, who made sure that we get the best stay possible. Thank you to the watch*** chacha ji, who never missed a day to greet us by saying 'namaste' and always getting worried for us when we used to come late by asking if we had food. For me and my mom, that hotel started feeling like home to us. Thank you to all the staffs of Archana Residency for being so kind, welcoming and accomodating and for caring about our needs to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We are from Mauritius and i can say, we were treated like family members, not guests and this will be forever in our hearts. Thank you for giving me and my mum the best stay of our lives and for taking care of us. If ever i need to visit Mulund again, without a doubt i'll stay over at Archana Residency itself.
