GGuest UserIt was a very nice and comfortable stay over there. The hotel was very flexible and prompt in fulfilling our needs. The breakfast was simple and healthy and the staffs were very polite and helpful. Overall it was a comfortable and nice stay.

GGuest UserIt was a very bad experience. No housekeeping services extra charge for 3 hours of early check-in, although the room was pure decorated, probably someone else has booked it before. We asked them to clean the room but they said it's already clean and denied our request. Food is the only thing quite good over there. Otherwise the owner and hotel staff didn't know how to communicate and respond to the guests'requests. Bathroom was super unclean door was unlocked, power cut extreme. Also it was a ac room, but they kept it off all the time. All in one it was a terrible experience in that hotel in chennai
