4.3/5
Excellent
PPANCHALThe hotel's ambiance is a perfect blend of modern luxury and classic charm. The lobby is tastefully decorated, with plush furniture and an inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the interior design creates a sense of comfort and sophistication.
My room was nothing short of spectacular. The attention to cleanliness was evident, and the room was well-appointed with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room's design showcased a thoughtful mix of contemporary style and practical functionality.
TTraveling TanThe hotel is stylish but it is very far from everything. The hotel has a taxi but the prices are more than double. If not for the hotel, taxi drivers will try and extract the maximum from you. Based on location I would not recommend unless you have a car of your own.
NNati CostaNice hotel. Clean and nice bedroom. Big and new which is not common in Varanasi. Staff very kind and helpful. Restaurant a little dark and not as new as the rooms. Totally worthy to stay. Is relaxing going back to this hotel after the intensity of Varanasi day life.
Tourist trap alert : Don't book this so called hotel : it is actually not a hotel but a makeshift one with a few rooms kept aside for rental with the callous owner running his legal office in the same premises . There are no trained staff to take care of guests with one inept and very sad looking individual kept for errands . They insist on collecting the full due amount after a booking at the time of checking in with no option for cancellation once you see the place. They probably know that no one will come back here for a 2nd visit . Reasons : 1) Location deep inside a myriad of narrow alleys. Parking is a nightmare . You have to carry your bags up to the door and then up the stairs as there is no elevator. 2) Free breakfast scam : there is no place set aside for this. A minimal breakfast is supposedly sent to the room purposely after 9 am by some 3rd party which is not practical for anyone visiting temples in morning hours or checking out early . 3) Poor amenities: they skimp on basic items like a towel , soap and do not provide enough items even after requesting . The rooms , bathrooms are sub standard , unsafe with wet floors and inconvenient . 4) No provision of heating during the cold winter even in the so called deluxe rooms which were sold saying they had AC. Overall This place is a definite NO NO. No stars Absolutely zero star
GGuest UserThe property was located very near to the kashi temple which was the reason why we decided to stay there however the hospitality of the staff was below average. They were rude. Wifi password was shared with us after several attempts and a call with owner. We needed our home food to be kept in fridge which was denied by staff named santosh. He is the worst *** to be dealt with. Ac of the room where 3 people had to stay was not working properly. And while asking about anything the whole staff was rude lastly our check out time as per mmt booking was 12noon however staff insisted us multiple times even argued to vacate the place by 10am. This was not acceptable so i raised the issue with mmt team - though this was resolved however considering all the above factors i would say it was a below average stay.
GGuest UserA quiet and comfortable hotel tucked in one of the busy main roads of Benaras. The hotel has a good location with multiple choices of public travel (Uber, Ola, local autos and e-rickshaws) to reach the temples, ghats and local shopping areas. The hotel has an elegant aura that makes you feel immediately welcomed with neat and spacious rooms. The staff are very efficient and polite and forthcoming to share local details when asked. Amongst the best things that will take me back again to the hotel on my next visit are the hotel's respect for guest's privacy and the excellent food at their restaurant.
GGuest UserIt’s an excellent hotel with a commendable position in the heart of varanasi known as godowlia chawk. kashi vishwanath temple is just 600mtr away. plus this hotel has balcony view from where you can see lacs of devotees passes every day every minute. hotel staffs are extremely helpful, rooms are airy and fresh, ac was good. room service was there. in one word i would rate it 9/10 😉
张张Located on the edge of the Ganges River, the hotel has its own roof terrace, very close to the Dasawamedo River and the staff is friendly. But I don't know why the quilt is soft, it seems to be a little damp, or is it not a change?
