Embarking on our South India tour from the UK, ***galore unexpectedly became a stopover, chosen for its proximity to the airport. Opting for the AJ Grand Hotel based on stellar reviews turned out to be a serendipitous decision. Situated in the heart of the city, the hotel provided convenient access to shopping, restaurants, and modern malls, all within a leisurely 30-minute walk. The reception staff's courtesy set a welcoming tone, ensuring a seamless check-in process. Our suite, impeccably clean with enhanced facilities, greeted us with an unexpected perk—an empty refrigerator, a thoughtful touch for personalising our stay with beverages and snacks. The hotel's two highly acclaimed restaurants surpassed expectations, offering a diverse array of delectable choices during main meal times. This meant that we rarely felt the need to explore dining options outside. Kudos to the entire restaurant staff, with a special mention for Ganesh, whose culinary insights enriched our menu selections, and Suresh, whose attentive service at breakfast was welcome. While the gym and swimming pool were compact, they proved functional and, more often than not, were a private sanctuary for our use. The potential future de***d for these facilities notwithstanding, our experience was one of undisturbed enjoyment. The reception staff, although not all adorned with name badges, stood out for their exceptional assistance. Their guidance in locating our boarding passes and travel documents for our onward journey was invaluable. We were particularly grateful for their considerate offer to extend our checkout time, seamlessly aligning with our travel arrangements—small gestures that made a significant difference. Having little prior knowledge of ***galore, we were pleasantly surprised by the city and its welcoming residents. Exploring the beach and other recommended sites, discovered through various YouTube videos, unveiled ***galore's potential as a future tourist attraction, perhaps even rivalling Goa in the future. However, we hope that the city ***ages to preserve its charm without succumbing to the challenges often associated with increased tourism. Ambience was good and the staff was friendly, helped in easy check in and the rooms were clean and neat. No disturbance around the place. Defined recommended for a peaceful stay! cons: no wifi coverage & no hangers in the washroom!

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at the falnir palace in mangalore. I have stayed here a couple of times before so i know the hotel quite well. We had booked an ac deluxe room which was neat and tidy, but could have been bigger. I expected a much bigger room. But the room was very clean, the staff helpful. The best part is that the hotel is very accessible in terms of location and is near to many important places in the city. So overall, a good stay.

We, the family, had a fabulous stay at Vivanta. The graces and attention to detail would remain with us for a long time. The entire team seems synchronized and driven to deliver a superb user experience. A big ‘thank you’ to the team. Would love to visit again.

The stay was comfortable and the services were timely. Since this is located in city centre, attractions were at accessible distance. Would recommend to stay here if you’re planning to explore the city. The hotel has a decent spread of breakfast buffet too!

Based on the good reviews we booked for this place, we stayed here for a night. The accommodation is on the 5th Floor of the existing Hotel Maya. The room was clean and tidy and the check in process was fast. They take the full amount upfront itself. The accommodation is a service apartment. Staff is relatively new and few, though they did cater to our requests, were relatively slow in responding. There is no kitchen, they call for breakfast from a nearby restaurant. However, until breakfast reaches you it gets cold. The management needs to at least keep a microwave oven which they can heat the food and give. If you are staying at the property do avoid calling for food from outside. We found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable. There are no toiletries as well in the restroom and please do carry the same with you if you choose to stay here. We found the price we paid at this place relatively on the stepper side compared to any of the other similar hotels. Also note that no breakfast is included in the price we paid. Overall we give it a 3/5 based on our experience and stay at this place.

We had an excellent stay for a week at this hotel. The entire team including the manager Mr.Cletus, Vijay, Akshata, Sudeksha, Rajesh & the housekeeping staff were polite, kind , helpful, and prompt in their services throughout the day. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The breakfast was good, with different items served daily. The hotel is centrally located with good restaurants and supermarkets close by. Zomato & Swiggy also deliver to the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again as well during our next visit.

Deepa comforts is near to the Railway station and near to TMA Pai Convention centre . The rooms are well maintained and clean . Had problem with the water kettle . On request the technician was not ready to change the kettle , they told to push the loose connection wire and it worked too in his presence . Didnt try the next time . Breakfast was average . Check in and check out was fast

I stayed with my family for 2 days. It was pleasant and comfortable stay. Hotel is near to ksrtc. And market. But they don't provide extra bed. They give only bedsheet and pillow. Otherwise room was clean. Staff behaviour is very friendly and caring.

I stayed here with family in an ac executive room. For 2 days. Pros: luxury room great interiors sufficient cooling from ac bathroom clean and hygenic quantity of water is soft, hot water available vadrobe with dress mirron is available. Location of the property center of the city walkable from rail station if you are not carrying a heavy bag. Cons: room is only for 2. Adding extra bed makes it congested. Early check in not available.
