The four-star hotel has a five-star standard. The surroundings of the hotel are very good. The breakfast food is good and the surroundings are quiet. The only bad thing is that the sofa on the first floor of the hotel is a bit smelly and overall affordable.

This property is very beautiful. We had a lovely stay. Rooms are spacious, swimming pool has a beautiful view but it’s extremely crowded when we were there on Sunday. Hotel rooms were totally packed. Breakfast and Dinner was good too. Very nice hospitality. I’ll surely recommend you to stay here. I’ve been to all Taj,Vivanta,ambassador and gateway resort properties properties and had good time. Very fast service. Hospitality is good whether it’s housekeeping,bellboy,swimming pool life guard,chef.

It was a perfect weekend getaway. Been a long time since a resort was above our expectations. Beautiful ambience and clean rooms. Great checkin experience with Veerain. Chaupaal was a treat. Two things however stood out - the personal attention from all of the staff looking after the smallest of your comfort with their smallest of gestures. Ordered milk and got it in 5 minutes at 4 am for the kid. Bablu, Wangshu , Mhashu and others at the Aravali kitchen were amazing. - the food was out of this world. Local flavours and everything else was amazing. Chefs Arjun and Dinesh regularly kept engaging us for a personalised experience. Will be coming back soon. !!!

It is a couple friendly and food quality as well as service was good. Rooms are old but well maintained.

This is the first time that i have experienced that the key to my assigned room was not given. Even the toilet door if closed from the outside cannot be opened. You need to call the reception every time you close the door from the outside. Room was spacious. No same day laundry service. I asked for a room heater that was provided. Good location. Complimentary breakfast provided with no choice. No option to make your own tea or coffee. Hot water kettle was provided. Wifi connection was available

It's just on the back side of mathura road so, when you book the cab - it tends to drop you on mathura road and from there it's not far but road was water logged. They served good breakfast and dinner we got through swiggy. Special mention about care taken naresh - very courteous and gentle.

It’s a nice hotel with clean and beautiful rooms. Cost is also at affordable level. Main important is, this hotel is at the main road and plenty of shopping can be done nearby. Thanks

Stayed at this property for several nights for business. This was the only property in Greater Faridabad area close to my work location. Am really finding it difficult to find any positive in this hotel except that the room was spacious and the a/c was working fine. Now let me get to the the Not so Good: 1. Bed linen was very dirty and run down. Everything was blackish white. Bed sheets, pillow covers, quilt cover and everything was run down and covered with pilling. Let’s not talk about towels am sure you all get the picture!! 2. WiFi speeds were pathetic. One couldn’t browse basic websites. Numerous complaints led to nothing. 3. The bathroom doesn’t have any shower mat so be very careful as the tiled floor gets very slippery when wet. 4. They only give face towels on request but I’d recommend that you get your own for obvious reason!! 5. In room dining rates are very high as if that’s the only way they make money. A pathetic coffee costs Rs 200/-. Food is terrible so it’ll be better to step out and eat. 6. Maintenance and housekeeping don’t have any sense about not making noise when room is occupied. There is regular corridor rug cleaning at 11.00pm and they only stop when you complain. 7. Breakfast is terrible. The restaurant is full of fruit flies and mosquitos. Tables, chairs are filthy. Menu is limited to 4 items plus tea, coffee and 1 juice. 8. TV channels don’t work. As per the hotel the TV is smart TV and you need to use your own account to sign in if you want to watch Netflix, Disney Hotstar, etc. 9. Car parking is not of the hotel. One has to park the car in the open market parking. Come this hotel if you only need a room with a/c to sleep and have no more expectations otherwise save your money and find another. It’s pretty clear that the establishment is not looking at offering any positive experience!!
