The hospitality was damn good. Hes-tile free check in. The room was clean and spacious. The complementary things were also fresh. Mattresses are very soft and comfy.

We decided to go with this hotel based on location and amenities. We have had the most comfortable stay during the 8 days. Staff have been attentive when we have required anything in particular. The executive room that we booked did not disappoint at all. It was extremely spacious for my parents and I. The only downside for us tea lovers is that we could not get room service until 0730. By that time it is normally round 2 of chai. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay local and supporting the local businesses of Goraya. Stay local. Shop local.

Last week I booked a Room for my Relatives and the Experience was Excellent. Room was Spacious , Neat & Clean. Food was very Tasty and Staff was also very helpful and supportive. Will definitely stay again in the same hotel whenever we will visit Jalandhar and would recommend to my other colleagues , Friends and my Corporate Clients. I celebrated my birthday here. The hospitality of Prabhjot and all the staff members was commendable. The chef sunny katoch made the food so good. And extra cake for my toddler delighted her. Thank you so much. Overall, Golden Tulip exceeded my expectations. It’s the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for excellent hospitality, comfort, and a memorable experience.

Room are spacious and clean. Lenin were changed daily. Safety and security is very good. Room service and housekeeping staff was consideret and supportive as well as good natured. Staff maintain good personal hygiene.

Room service, location, services and quality food of the property is good. Apart from the services; amenities provided are not up to the mark: sink in the bathroom broken in the middle, shower and tap converter is not working, tv channels provided are only 10, tv remote broken, air-conditioned system can only be on/off unable to control.

Hotel location bang on the NH44 and before Jalandar town on the Jammu stretch was the plus point. Easy access & with own but limited vehicle parking(I was on a motorcycle!) Room was spacious as also was the toilet/bath. Didn't see no geyser so guess hot water is switched-on & supplied in the mornings alone?! I stayed in the peak of summer with temperature at 40+℃ outside so never felt the need for hot water to bathe! Food served in Muskan the dining cum bar was delicious! Hotels lift was there at Hotel but defunct(perhaps switched off deliberately?) Air-con was noisy but tolerable for 1 nite transit. Hotel sure has seen better days but still is OK for breaking journey & overnite halts, I'd say.

We arrived in Jalandhar after a long train journey from Rajasthan, so needed an oasis of calm! The Taximan took us to the first hotel, which turned out to be AB Clark’s Inn! I asked to check their executive and deluxe rooms. The lady at the checkin desk was hugely polite and arranged views of the rooms. Absolutely immaculate rooms! Huge size—the executive rooms are very slightly smaller than the deluxe but are still very spacious with granite tiles, so no problem keeping them clean. The deluxe rooms are huge! Both size rooms have excellent furniture with 2 couches for guests or yourself to use, a comfortable chair and desk to read, write or work in your laptop if you wish. The most important thing for me are bathrooms…the ones at AB Clarks Inn are immaculate. Huge sizes, walk-in showers with glass panels all around, superbly powerful power showers, endless supply of hot water! Food is excellent too, with their in-house restaurant serving Continental or traditional Punjabi style with made to order stuffed parathas that were delicious; lunch and dinner was also very tasty with choice of Indian, Chinese and Italian dishes! Nice touches like very courteous Staff, from the cleaners, page guys and receptionists, always smiling and asking if I needed anything. The only points I could find against this very positive review is the decor of the common areas in the hotel…in some places, the wallpaper has started to peel..an easy fix. Plus they should supply seating on the balcony area, as we would have loved to take our tea or take in the sunshine and fresh air if seats were available. Apart from that, do not pass this hotel by…it’s worth every penny! Pls leave a positive message after you have read this and do look at more reviews I’ve added! Thank u for ur time!

The reception staff was very unpleasant. They don't even have basic manners to greet or welcome their guests. The way they stare at guests is most alarming. Makemytrip already earned accolades but staff like this make things worse why the chips, buiscuits, bhujiya, juice, salted peanuts etc were kept in the room for which we were charged exorbitantly. There was no indication or pamphlet on which it was mentioned that above-noted articles were chargeable otherwise the room was good ambience was good food is average
