The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly, warm, welcoming, attentive, and efficient. The food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options to choose from. The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable. The sleep quality was excellent, and you can request which mattresses you would like to sleep on.

Really mesmerizing experience !!! Booked a car from sterling kufti travel desk , our driver Mr.Aakash was also very helpful , respectful to guests and will help you manage your plans in best way possible . We stayed in sterling for 5 days , great hospitality by its staff with special mention Pradumn , Vikas and Ravi provided us with great service . Cheff was also very supportive and made us food according to our taste. Must visit place and enjoy the great experience of food and hospitality provided by the staff .

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

My experience in Taj Theog was nothing less than spectacular. We visited there to celebrate my husband’s birthday and I can’t thank enough Taj staff for their wonderful hospitality. I would like to start by thanking Mr Bhandari for making us feel so welcomed and making sure that we had the best time. He ***** with his team celebrated my husband’s birthday in such special way that it felt like we were surrounded by family. Next I would like to mention, Mr Sachin, he made the check in process so smooth and comfortable. He showed us around the property and has told us about all the places we could visit. thank you Sachin. Then there were two very sweet and adorable girls- Miss Neeraj and Miss Dina, both super sweet and professional. They made sure that we have the best dining experience. Their friendly nature made us feel very welcomed. What is a trip if it isn’t about scrumptious food. The Chefs at Taj Theog are marvellous. Mr Shah Rukh Khan, Mr Nishant, Mr Prateek and Mr. Aman. Thank you for wonderful food and great recommendations. Menu, buffet and taste is 10/10 here. Thanks to wonderful Chefs. Special mention to Mr ShahRukh for making us a special dish according to our specifications. Also, mention to Mr Ankit from front desk, he gave us all the information which we needed. Lastly, I would like to Thank Deepak, Vishal and Avinash for wonderful hospitality. From the beautiful traditional welcome with Himachali caps to saying good bye and dropping us of till the gate- Taj Theog is 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have been to many Taj properties and every time I feel with every stay we make beautiful memories and meet wonderful people, this time it was Mr Bhandari and his team. Thank you so much for beautiful 4 days! Can’t wait to come back.

An average to good hotel. At the very start of Shimla. The Mall Road is more than 4 kms away. It may serve your purpose if you want to stay at a budget place, a little far from the main Town, spend your day exploring the Shimla Town and mostly stay here for the evening-night. The hotel is mid-range budget place, at least in November, am sure in high-season it would be an expensive, high-end hotel :). Our room, an executive suite corner room was good. Amenities were decent, although the door lock broke and it took the staff time to fix it. Sleep quality was good though. Since it was outside of main Shimla town, we had to have our dinner and breakfast there. Dinner was very average tasting. Breakfast was limited option and not very efficiently managed. The hotel had a large meeting/convention/party/marriage hall kind of a place, and am sure it is popular for holding such events. Overall, for the price we paid, it seemed to be a good option. They have another property called the Snow Valley Heights, which is close-by bust located at quite a height. It looked to be a more attractive option, just for its location. We did not go there.

Excellent
The moment we stepped into Shimla British Resort, we were in awe of the lovely antique furniture and beautiful woodwork that gave the place a true heritage feel. The cozy bedrooms were perfect for the chilly weather, and waking up to the cool Shimla breeze was so refreshing. Babita and the team were always around to assist, making our stay all the more pleasant. A must-visit if you love history and comfort!

GGuest UserThe best place in Theog , away from the Maddening and crumbling Shimla. Great Value for money . Excellent staff. Outstanding food and staff in the resturant led by Mr. Mohan who was phenomenal. The chef and his team are brilliant and give u a sense of being at home. they also help you in getting good ,clean transport at nominal rates for sightseeing nearby. The entire resort bathes in nice sun which makes it bright given the cold weather.the view is nice given the location.

Hotel Silverine is a fantastic choice in Shimla. The location on Mall Road is unbeatable, with easy access to shops and attractions. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer beautiful hill views. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is excellent. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!
