Hotels near Butterfly Park, Chandigarh

Room was very well maintained and cleaned. All bedsheets are nee t clean. Room was too large. Can't compare my this visit with another visits in this budget. 2 beds was available in room.

It was great staying ath this hotel. Staff was very cooperative. Will be staying at the samw hotel whenever i am going to chandigarh.

The place is nice, clean rooms and the staff is really good. The location is very comfortable to reach and explore chandigarh as well

I booked a room in this hotel for 13th Feb-14 Feb 21...I checked in at about 9 pm since i had come for some business related works. Its very sad to write that this hotel being with 3-star rating offers such pathetic services which look very flashy in pics. I was greeted with non operational Telephone, Study light at bedside & TV, Cracked cup, no sleepers, washbasin with funny setting for hot water, no door in shower area, leaking faucet and a extremely mucky like Kettle...the door knob of bathroom is like of 1940's...the shower glasses were dirty as if not cleaned from past 8-10 months..the Cloth hook behind door of bathroom rotates in 360 degrees......i felt that these guys arent serious in maintaining rooms . The bed and the quilt was stinking as if its not changed since ages. The staff needed to be told to give two water bottles for two people, refill tea sachets and sugar....I was in room No. 113....There was some party going on in ground floor that night and the smell of drinks was coming till first floor.....i had never seen room like this in last 8-9 years of my stay in hotels in all over India.....To book this hotel is wastage of money is wht i felt....the very basics of staff is not clear ....

I stayed for one night and found the room is clean and nice, as well as the location being central near to all 17 sectors. The team is fantastic, especially Surinder and the breakfast service team; I can't remember the name of the receptionist. extremely professional and helpful Thank you all, and I hope to see you soon. Breakfast spread is a concern. There should be cereals, fruits, and idli sambar as the basic breakfast. The rest is fine.

Nice location and pleasant stay at kailash palace. The staff was cooperative and services rendered where good. The room as shown in pics was same compare to the room given. Some issues because of (birds/rats sound running in trunking above) throught night/day caused inconvienience in sleeping. Same was conveyed to the staff, may be rectified in near future. Food was also pleasant and nice and kitchen staff catered for requirements. Overall a good stay at kailash palace

Room was very small and mosquitos were everywhere. Even the room key was not available. Hotel was using same room key for multiple rooms. In this price we can find better options in chandigarh.

Service and room maintenance excellent. As per budget i recommend too stay @ hotel sun park, staff service very good

This is the warmest hostel I live in India. The boss is super nice and helpful to me. He helped me arrange the next day’s itinerary, helped me communicate with the staff, quickly checked in, and helped me hit UBER. At the airport, everything is so good. Besides, the rooms are so big. The price can be said to be super value. His food is also super delicious, the price is not expensive, and it is very comfortable. I hope the boss's business will get more and more. good
