Lovely apartments. The service was very good. . Just had to ring and they were round in literally 2 minutes if there is an issue. . I accidentally put the child lock onthe hob. Very clean and modern. Understandable that they require a Deposit as the apartments are all new and if damage occurs they can recover the damages.

I originally booked the hotel for only two nights. I felt it was cost-effective, the room was clean and comfortable. So I booked another two nights. If you come to Coventry, this hotel is definitely a good choice.

On the campus of Warwick University, the environment is okay, the rooms are not very new, but clean and sanitary, and the waiters are more enthusiastic. Breakfast is a medium-sized English breakfast. Go early and have fruit. The room comes with two small packets of cookies and various teabags. There is a living room on the first floor, where you can enjoy coffee and snacks for free!

The hotel is in a really good location and is clean! The room is a good size and has everything you need from tea and coffee an iron and a hair dryer. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. The only problem I had was that every where in the hotel was very hot the room does have air con tho so once your in there it’s ok. We would stay there again

One night stay in a superior premium room with queen bed. Great location just off motorway. Car parking free to hotel guests. Friendly and welcoming lady on reception. Room was clean and comfortable and slept really well with no noise disturbance at all. Had an evening meal and breakfast. Food was good and restaurant was clean and spacious. What really made our stay so remarkable was the fantastic staff. A very polite young man who goes by the name of “T” (he said his name was too long and difficult to remember) was working in both the bar and restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he was always smiling and he never stopped working. The lovely man in charge of the restaurant for the night was called Fadika. He was so professional and attentive. Again, nothing was too much trouble for him and he genuinely wanted guests to have the best experience possible. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation. Excellent value for money and great service.

The two receptionist were very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us when we checked in at the Coventry - Mile lane CV1 2LN, on a rainy coronation day. The duo were exceptional. Unfortunately I misplaced their names, a lady and a man. Thank you for your kindness and prompt assistance! Also, the hotel was very neat and clean, the room smell nice and fresh, the bathroom was very clean with clean towels, soap and shampoo, and the bed was very comfortable. I had a pleasant stay, great value for money! Excellent!!

The room was pleasant, staff were friendly and breakfast was nice, although the coffee machine was not working. However, shortly after checking out at 8:45am I realised I had left an item of sentimental value in the room (a large acrylic board with my name on from an event I had competed at the previous day). Due to attending the event again after checking out I was unable to return immediately to collect it. I tried calling the hotel 5 times between 9:15am - 3:30pm to request that it was not thrown away and that I would come back to collect it later, but nobody answered the phone at all throughout the day. I went back to the hotel after the event at 4pm in the hope that the cleaners would have handed the board to the reception staff (it was clearly not rubbish) but was told that nothing had been handed in and that it must have been thrown away by the cleaners. It was completely my own mistake leaving the board behind but I was travelling alone with quite a lot of luggage and just forgot to pick it up on my way out. I’d have thought someone would have answered the phone on at least one of the 5 occasions that I tried calling, or that items that are clearly not rubbish would be kept for at least 24 hours in case they have just been left by mistake as was the case here. It put a bit of a downer on the weekend - I was visiting Coventry to compete at this event and ended up coming home without my only keepsake from the weekend.

We were able to check in at 3.00pm. Room was very nice, slippers and robes provided and the tea/coffee facilities had the added benefit of a coffee machine. Bed was very comfy and warm with lovely pillows. Breakfast was good. Everything there that you would expect, cooked well and hot. We were a little disappointed though on the morning of departure when we attempted to get the lift down to reception only to find when it arrived that the maids trolley had been placed in there so we had to use the stairs. This caused a problem for my husband who suffers with his hip. Secondly, on leaving we were not informed that the barrier was open. We saw the sign in the car park saying we needed to get a token from reception, so we drove back and went in to reception to ask, only to be informed we didn’t need one. It would have been helpful to have had this information on checkout. Other than this everything else was good

Because Coventry is small as a whole, transportation and attractions are relatively convenient, but the overall environment of the hotel is average, there are no slippers and toiletries in the room, the network quality is not good, the wifi is slow, and there is no signal when it is replaced by traffic, so the video cannot be swiped. . If it is used as a temporary option for one night, the price/performance ratio is not very high. Because it was selected by the reviews of the three premiers, I don't know if the others are the same.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, however there was confusion with the offers stated in the upgrade. I was disappointed with the bar and grill manager who appeared to not be informed or aware of the offers included with an upgrade. The lighting in the club room needs improving as very dim. Not enough lamps to compensate for lack of ceiling lighting. Overall we had a good stay and this was our second time staying in this hotel. From my experience of staying in a standard room, and then upgrading to a club room, there was no actual difference in the room standard. Only benefits are the offers included when staying in a club room.
