GGuest UserSpacious studios and rooms. The AC had issues in my room so they immediately changed my room and gave me free breakfast each morning for the inconvenience. Very attentive and kind staff. The hotel is modern and vibrant. Love the fact it has a laundry room, a great gym (visited each day) and a pool. The nights are very calm and quiet and the neighborhood has some great restaus. A short walk (700 m) to the metro. Will be back for sure. A huge thank you to the staff and hotel. Top service. I recommend wholeheartedly

GGuest UserFrom the moment we arrived at the hotel all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom is a little small but functional with nice toiletries (Soap, Shower gel/Shampoo etc). Bed was firm but comfortable and there are extra pillows and a blanket supplied. Our room (104) had air conditioning and was at the front of the hotel but we never had any noise issues. Breakfast was lovely, a simple continental style but plentyful and fresh. The hotel is in a nice quiet suburb of Paris (Puteaux) but just 15 minutes walk from La Defense or Esplanade stations with easy access to the rest of the city. Nearby there are a few restaurants and shops, although we found some were closed at weekend/only opened on the Monday as we were leaving. (we think this is as its near the business district) We walked from Puteaux to Surenses to go to Longchamps races which was easy

GGuest UserMy Uber was driving around in ever decreasing circles as we couldn't find this hotel. But then La Defense is pretty impenetrable by car so I shouldn't have been surprised. Finally made it to reception to be greeted by a lot of smiling faces and the news that my room had been upgraded. The room itself (I had no idea what it had been upgraded from) was great - big double bed, plenty of space, soft towels. I tried the TV but there were only the usual channels. It would be nice (and perhaps expected in an hotel like this) to have a smart TV so I could login to my accounts but no. I had a fantastic caesar salad for dinner via room service, although the ordering method was slightly convoluted (via an app which you needed to scroll through to find the right bit - sounds straightforward but it wasn't completely). The bed was really comfortable and no noise from outside. In the morning the shower was powerful and hot and easy to use (not always the case first go). So friendly staff, nice room, good food, and tip-top shower - that's really all you want or need from a hotel.

AAnonymous UserLast minute we changed to Hilton Paris La Défense, thought its a bit far from city center compare to our original booking, but the branding and quality of service made us comfortable and secure.
The hotel located at Cnit shopping center, closed to metro, the staffs are well trained, polite and professional, care about the guests.
Outside hotel entrance is a taxi stand, the only chanllanging part is when we use Freenow to book private hire cars, we have to drop off at Pullman Hotel which is few hundred metres away, as no vehicle can assess directly to the hotel entrance.
It's good that our europe trip ends up with a real four star hotel with quality.

GGuest UserWe had the best time at Mama Shelter La Defense. The hotel staff were all really friendly & helpful. Our room was a good size and the bed was SO comfortable. We went to the penthouse a couple times for drinks and the diner once for breakfast and everything was really delicious. The diner breakfast option was really good value. We also found the location, while further out, is really well connected and you’re in central Paris in no time. We will no doubt come back to this hotel again as we regularly visit Paris and this was a perfect experience.

This week I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. On my first night I woke up in the middle of the night feeling itchy and I could feel there was something in my bedsheets. I turned the lights only to find out there was about a dozen bedbugs in my bed and pillows. Imagine the sensation!!! This horrible things were all over my head, my face and my body.... I took some pictures and recorded some video as well. I went down to the lobby and asked for a room change, which they did. The morning after I spoke to the manager and showed him the video. He couldn't believe it and said the hotel was brand new. I showed him allthe bites on my face, neck and arms. He offered they would compensate me somehow, and and offered an apology. Later that day I found out that they had compensated me with the glorious amount of 6,000 fidelity points, equivalent to €100!!! I went back and respectfully told themanager that such comepensation seemed ridiculous. He agreed and offered to increase it to an amount we agreed verbally. As I got back home, I checked my Accor fidelity point balance. They increased the compensation but clearly not in the amount we agreed. Terrible experience x 2: bedbugs + false promises.

Very cute, small hotel close to the metro. Reasonably priced even for the Rugby World Cup. Room and bathroom small but spotless. Bed very comfortable. My only fault was the small shower. Rugby playing family had a tight squeeze but the water force was strong. Breakfast was continental and very nice and fresh. Lovely staff and the big bonus was parking around the corner for €13 a day which is a major plus. I would definitely come here again and highly recommend. Incidentally there’s a lovely French restaurant down the road…very authentic and great food and staff called Brasserie Le Flore. Again very reasonably priced.

FFanny RvlFirst time in the heart of Paris, I needed a room close to the Arena defense. I am not disappointed in just 5 minutes we are there.
The shopping center a few minutes walk also brings a real +
Not to mention the hotel, very beautiful, classy, the staff is adorable. They answered all my questions and concerns.
I also appreciated the refreshments available. And the photobooth is really great for a souvenir. The rooms are beautiful and very clean
I left a note for the maids to thank them.
Given my great experience, I will definitely come back.
Coming from Montparnasse there are 30 min by metro 2 change and we are there. Really easy

AAnonymous UserAfter staying for a week, it feels quite convenient. Fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is a problem with the water coming out of the shower head. It is not convenient to take a shower during the stay. I have been washing with the shower head, which is a little disappointing. There are many restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat. It is very close to the subway station, so it is very convenient to go into the city. Overall is OK.
