This hotel is great. The staff were warm and accommodating and helpful with my poor ability to speak french. The location is great, near the M line metro station that goes to almost all the tourist sites. You can see the Eiffel tower and the Arc Triumph from there. There is a shopping centre close by that you can grab something to eat. The rooms are large as are the bathrooms. Very comfortable and clean beds. The hotel is tastefully decorated and I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff was. The only downside was everything in the area except the shopping centre is closed Sunday and Mondays. This includes the restaurant to the hotel. However they still managed to get me a drink when i needed one and very quickly. They also called me on my cell phone and advised me of the closures, The only issue was that i didn't have a sim card for Europe so i didn't get the message until i got home. They did try. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We will come back , but on a Tuesday. I found everyone that we came in touch with in Paris wonderful. They are warm, friendly ,kind and accommodating to us with our poor french. I will brush up on my language skills and come back again soon. See Julie at the front desk , i can't think of anyone nicer to be greeted by.

PERFECT location with easy access to the Metro station and a short ride into the city. I was booking for a Chinese couple travelling to Europe for their very first time and despite their limited English ability, they were looked after very well during their stay. My email to the hotel was answered quickly and although the hotel has no Chinese speaking staff available, they were comfortable throughout their stay.
Breakfast spread was not as extensive as the couple had experienced in their travels around Asia so this was the only lesser comment that they had but overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

Love the kitchen area the most! Well equipped with everything you'll need, even wine glasses. Took a while for us to find the place at first. Sofa bed wasn't set up for us and we were asked to do it on our own.

In general my stay at the hotel was good, with the exception that one day, the room cleaning was not done. I came back at the hotel at 1:30pm to continue my meetings from there and the room was not done. I hade to work until 6pm, so when I was ready to go out I have asked in reception to send somebody to clean, but the answer was that it was not possible because at that time there were no cleaning services. In a 4 star hotel, I cannot understand how come you leave a room without cleaning.
At the foot of the Eiffel Tower and a stone’s throw from the greatest monuments in Paris, this 4-star hotel offers much more than just a postcard perfect location.

Probably the closest hotel you can get with a view of Eiffel Tower, the other hotel is probably Shangri la which cost 2x more. Nonetheless expect way more amenities in the room for this pricing. Room size is small.
Great great reception staff , didn’t get his name but it was an Indian male staff he was just superb. Breakfast served one of the best hot choc ever, and very delicious for the cooked items.
Location is 3 mins walk to Eiffel, but not that close to supermarket/ convenience stall. Enough restaurants nearby.

Stayed here for 7 nights for our holiday in Paris. Service was great from check in to concierge to helping us open wines we bought outside. The concierge helped me to book the taxi to CDG, smooth and reliable. Our family room was spacious, and offered a great view to the Latin Quarter. Comfortable beds and well designed bathroom is exactly what we needed after long days in museums. The location was very convenient. Only 3 mins walk to Montparnasse station, and there is super market 1 minute away, which opens as early as 7am.

I stayed at this hotel for four weeks in June and July. My experience here was disappointing, starting from the moment that I checked in. My reservation stated that fees and taxes were included and the final amount to be paid at the hotel was shown. I reserved “connecting studios for 4 people” and I was charged an extra 210 Euros at check-in without being told. When I questioned this later, I was told that there is a tax of $2.50 per person per night and the reservation amount only included this tax for one person, so I was charged for the other 3 people at check-in. However, I was still overcharged. One person was under 18 and should not have been charged at all. Another person was leaving early. I was able to eventually get a partial refund because of this. When I chose this hotel, I was looking for one that had air conditioning, and this feature is stated on the website for the hotel. When we arrived, it was very hot in both rooms and the temperature cannot be adjusted in the room. When I tried to get the air conditioning fixed, I was told that the temperature cannot be decreased under 26 degrees Celsius (78.8 Fahrenheit). The temperature cannot be controlled from the room. Most of the time, it seemed that the A/C wasn’t even on, and I was so hot that I was sweating. I did notice that the temperature in the lobby was always much cooler than in our rooms though. If you are looking for a hotel with air conditioning, you won’t be comfortable here. The customer service varied greatly depending on who was at the front desk. Some people were great and some definitely were not. The rooms are only cleaned once per week, but I didn’t mind that. The hotel uses thin, papery mattress covers that seem to be disposable and continually slip off of the mattress. I found myself constantly trying to put the mattress covers and sheets back in place to avoid sleeping on the bare mattress. The covers tear very easily, which made it difficult. This was very annoying. Overall, our stay wasn’t horrible, but we didn’t enjoy this hotel and were happy to check out. I won’t stay here the next time that I am in Paris for an extended stay.

At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. If you demand a high level of service, our guests have indicated that this hotel has excellent standards.

I chose this location online, and it was right. The location is excellent, restaurants, supermarkets, and transportation are very convenient, and there are many attractions nearby, which is suitable for self-guided tours. The landlord is warm and friendly, and responds promptly. Although the room is an old apar**ent, it is clean, tidy and sanitary. For a Paris hotel, the space is large and the price-performance ratio is relatively good (the bathroom is a little cramped). The washing machine does not dry, which is a pity for us who are used to it. In short, it is worth recommending, especially drinking a cup of coffee in front of the window and enjoying the sunshine in Paris, just like feeling at home.

I do not have a lot to add as I only stayed for one night (also checked in late and checked out early). A bit expensive given the quality but my stay coincided with the Paris Fashion Week so it was understandable. Not much I could say other than that it meets my expectations - the location seems good, my room was clean, the service was adequate. Not bad for just a bed to crash in on a short business trip.

Overall the room was clean and tidy and the hotel staff members were very kind for anything. Although the location is a bit far from the center you still have access to the bus stops and the metro nearby. There is also a small shopping town in front of the hotel which was very convenient. GGuest UserThe hotel is located in an area that from what I could tell was undergoing transformation from what was probably a light commercial and office area being replaced by new apartment buildings which the hotel was part of and while the area was nice it wasn’t really convenient to anything. On the morning I needed a taxi the hotel tried booking me one but none were available in the area and I walked about two kilometres before I was able to hail one down. This is an apartment hotel and doesn’t provide all the traditional services you would get at a hotel but this one comes pretty close. A small lobby with some seating and vending machines and another area with some lounges and a game table. My room 311 had a handy entry area with a small shelf ideal for your keys and other small items and some coat hooks. The bathroom is off to one side and had a large open shower with just a shower curtain in my room which I think was because it was a disabled room. The shower was a good size but the floor of the shower which was a prefabricated tray didn’t feel as it was properly attached to the floor and had a fair bit of movement. The main room was a good size for Paris and had everything I needed for my short three night stay including a comfortable bed, desk with convenient power outlets and a kitchen which was well stocked with the items you would need on a daily basis for a short stay but more specialized appliances were available to borrow at the front desk like food processor, croc pot and crepe maker I think it was which was a good idea. Overall the room had a nice modern contemporary feeling and more than enough space. Being an apartment hotel concept the rooms are only serviced every seven days which is something to be aware of. I chose this hotel as it was closer to the place I needed to collect my leased car from and given that the French Open was on at the time my options were limited and the hotel had parking but as it turned out I didn’t need it as there was plenty of free street parking right outside the hotel on the two nights I needed it. I really like the Adagio chain of apartments in Europe and this was another great one.
RRebecca FLovely accommodation, big comfy beds and very welcoming and friendly staff! Our French is limited but the staff are very helpful and speak great English. The hotel is very spacious and even our two year old had lots of room on the pull out bed. The view from the small rooftop terrace is beautiful too. Would definitely recommend if you’re making a trip into Paris ❤️
Amazing apartment situated in a retirement home, so very quiet! The staff were just lovely, the apartment extremely spacious and clean. The Location was perfect as it's walking distance to Longchamp, and the immediate area has a massive selection of shops and restaurants. All on the doorstep. It was only a 25 minute Uber ride from Montparnasse and we understand lots of public transport links are in the vicinity. The only thing that let it down for us were the little niggly things like no corkscrew or kitchen utensils of any kind. So if you wanted to make an omelette for example, there is a pan, but no spatula. Why provide pots and pans but no utensils?? Why provide 2 wine glasses but no corkscrew? Also, only one small bin in the whole apartment which is in the kitchen. No bin in the bathroom which was irritating. All in all, we would definitely stay here again but would bring our own utensils!
Villa Medicis is a modern structure, very well maintained and adequately clean. The rooms assigned to me were large and quiet, located on the top floor of the building. Basic but functional furnishings. The bed was not very comfortable and the mattresses were too hot. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast. As far as the location is concerned, Puteaux is a municipality that seemed peaceful and quiet with very modern, well-kept and pleasant-looking buildings. There are not many services for tourists but it is clear that those who stay there do so as a base for Paris. The time it takes to get to the center of Paris is about 1 hour and the means of transport to use are the bus (line 141 located 2 blocks away or 258 a little further away) to the underground hub of Defense and then the line 1 of the subway. If you don't have any particular needs and just use the property as a base to sleep and hang out in Paris all day, I consider it a good solution.
Good location adjacent to the city of Paris and close to the station of Suresnes. Had the kindest and most helpful staff. Complimentary upgrade upon arrival. Room was beautiful with a decent view of the town and had led to a very comfortable nights sleep. Due to an issue with the TV we were encouraged to move rooms and was aided all the way with the transition. Furthermore, was allowed a much longer check out time. Highly recommend.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is clean. Fortunately. Breakfast in self-service is good. Fortunately ... Prices are prohibitive in the major events in Paris, including the rugby World Cup that brings up to € 200 a room you usually pay between € 80 and € 90. This will certainly be worse in 2024 for the Olympic Games.
JjjlasneThis is not the first time I have stayed at this property which is shared by a lowest cost hotel in the same building but with a different entry door. I prefer it because of its location near the Pont de Suresnes and its quick access to the western part of Paris, to/from the autoroute exits and to/from the Boulevard Peripherique (ring road) on the way to either airport (CDG to the north and Orly to the south). If you are not driving, walking distance from the hotel there is a train station with service to Gare Saint-Lazare and a tramway (LRV) with service to the Porte de Versailles. It also has parking underground with access by elevators to the lobby, then on to the rooms. The rooms look a little tired by now and no fridge in the room. Breakfast near the lobby was ok. Sausages had a hard skin and no potatoes were in offer, just eggs and thin pancakes/crepes.
EERA82628Looks like Vector off despicable me has had his shrink ray out in the shower. I visited this hotel with high expectations only to discover that I could barely fit in the shower. I am a petite young woman weighing only 49kg and even I couldn’t turn in the shower. It was a nightmare. It was an orange space pod from Mars. The windows open full mast, which is highly dangerous. The walls were paper thin and I could hear chattering and running all night, which left me sleep deprived and unable to enjoy my visit. However, I thought the beds were comfortable, cleanliness was a decent standard, but sizing of rooms needs addressing and please invest in a toaster. The breakfast didn’t even include toast, instead there was cake!!! Not sure if that is a French thing but it certainly wasn’t my cuppa tea. Xx
