Excellent
IISOQuality Serv... LHaving been coming to this resort for the best part of 30 years we returned again this year with our young family. This resort never disappoints; it’s always clean, tidy, quiet with very friendly and helpful staff. Particularly Marianne on reception who always greets you by name and with a smile and Viktor the lifeguard. We had our 1 year old son with us and Viktor was so good with him- he always helped us get beds with shade and made the time around the pool really enjoyable. Unfortunately during our stay our son was ill and we had to take him to hospital- the next day we received a call from reception checking in on him and making sure he was ok. This was a really nice touch and shows the staff like to get to know their guests. Our son made a full recovery and enjoyed the rest of his holiday with his brother and sister. If you are looking for a quiet, friendly, family resort look no further. Nothing is too much trouble for the team at Beverly Hills Heights. The apartments are in good order (including super fast Wi-Fi) ours had recently been refurbed and had a beautiful sea view which is well worth requesting. Thanks again to everyone at BHH.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful and feels like there's a lot of history to it. The room was clean and we both loved the charm, and the location, close to both the pier for the ferries and the beach. We both loved the hotel, but I must highlight your concierge Rodolfo. When we were checking out my wife had left her purse with our passports in the bathroom of the reception level. My wife and I had to catch a ferry to La Palma in 30 minutes when she realized where it was. By then we were at the pier. She called the front desk while I ran back to the hotel and Rodolfo picked up. My wife was of course nervous because of everything in her purse aside from our passports. Rodolfo kept her calm and on the line, and immediately got my wife's purse and put it in the locked box in the reception. He had also been keeping an eye on the lobby so he knew that no one else had used that bathroom since my wife had used it. He also helped to calm her down. When I arrived running back he immediately gave me her purse and reassured us that everything was ok. Indeed it was and I was able to run back and catch the ferry on time. The staff at this hotel is amazing and definitely its best asset, and Rodolfo is at the top. Gracias Rodolfo! Hasta la proxima!

GGuest UserJust spent 10days here for birthday, 1st impressions it's clean, but very dated and in need of modernisation. Check in was quick and staff very friendly and helpful. Room tired and beds were very hard, but on mentioning it to rep I was given mattress toppers straight away. Rooms cleaned regular. Food was not bad and refreshed regular as opposed to sitting there all night, choice was limited but enough get by, it's after all apartments so many cater themselves hence dining room small.. we found food to be pleasant. No entertainment or games room, is a pool table near pool in the dark, and a reading room that's never used and could be a great game room. Reception area isn't welcoming or comfy or appropriate for sitting, just quirky, would be lovely area to sit and relax or read with z drink if had nice sofas etc, wS bit chilly sit near bar, hence was rarely used.. Extra charges apply in your stay like pool side lounger mattresses or umbrella, and although offer WiFi it's only at bar area so if don't have data you need to purchase.. safe isn't in room but on ground floor area, didn't want to be going up and down stairs so didn't use, I like in the room.. Hotel is good location with bus station and supermarket and not far to front,, Add up pros and cons it's a good hotel for price

GGuest UserAndrea's Hotel is towards the best 2 * hotel I've ever stayed in, clean, unexpected comfort and excellent service. The location is perfect, away from the hurly burly but close enough to walk to the beaches and harbour. Some good restaurants close by. The bedroom had a comfortable bed, adequate storage, air conditioning that's works well; also a quiet, effective ceiling fan. The bathroom is fine. There's a kettle, tea and coffee; TV, safe, hair dryer, plenty of duvets etc. We had a balcony with table and 3 chairs. The hotel has a good size lounge with a vending machines selling, crisps, chocolate bars, sodas, etc. Reception is manned 24 hours a day, good English spoken. . The lift works well. They have a secure lock up to leave cases etc. They don't do breakfasts but there's a number of cafes reasonably close; also a supermarket underneath the hotel. We paid about 60 euros per night and stayed there twice. Highly recommend.

GGuest UserIt's tiring to go upstairs. The bed is not comfortable. There was no hot water in the bathroom for two consecutive nights. The location is good. The hygiene level is also good for this price. The sound insulation is too poor. If you have a budget, you should choose a hotel.

We are just back from 5 nights at the sol arona and we had a fabulous time. Myself my mum and my daughter who is 3 were travelling. The entertainment team made the trip extra fun with activities all day and night. They were all so approachable and great with my wee girl. We had loads of fun and they have the daily activities all year long. The food was also brilliant. This is the second time we have stayed here and will definitely be back!

We arrived at the bungalows on 24th October as a party of 8 including 3 teens and 1 aged 79 with mobility issues. Having read the reviews I was worried but had also messaged ahead to ask that our rooms be allocated in a convenient spot for the elderly traveller. We were given 4 rooms, 30, 36, 64 and 51. Room 30 was allocated to our older person as it was near Reception, had no steps and pool view. Slightly further from restaurant and bar but accessible without steps. When we entered the rooms I can’t deny we were pleasantly surprised. Seemed clean, spacious, nice bathroom, utensils as required. I would go as far as to say, as good or better than any similar starred accommodation we had been in. I think perhaps others who rated the hotel, were expecting too much for their money. We were told the room would be cleaned and towels changed every 3 days and that happened. We are used to having more regular cleaning but it just meant being more careful with dirtying towels. Our only issue was having 2 towels for 3 people but we managed. There was extra toilet roll and shower gel left in bathroom along with bucket and mop if we chose to use. My only concern with the cleaning was when we discovered a child’s hat under the cushions on the back of the sofa. Suggested not fully cleaned from previous holidaymakers but the sheets on sofa were clean. No-one else in our party had any complaints. We couldn’t really criticise the rooms. Moving on to the food (we were half board), again we couldn’t complain too much. My 13 year old is extremely fussy but was happy to eat plain pasta, sweetcorn and some meat every night. I do think the options were quite limited but we appreciated the fact we weren’t over eating. There was only one night when we didn’t enjoy our food. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. I read somewhere that potato choices were limited on some nights and I would agree. On a couple of nights there were only fries, which I never tried and my 13 year old didn’t eat. Next the entertainment. Overall pretty bad. There was a Lady Victoria singer one evening who was very good but nothing else we enjoyed. The parrot show was fine for little kids but not for us. Luckily, lots of local bars offering alternative options. The swimming pools were a bit disappointing. They really need a few repaid but our teen girls and myself went in along with our 79 year old. They are very small and freezing cold so as long as you just want to cool off and not swim, it’s fine. The main pool gets busy so we never got a sun bed there. The rectangle pool was unappealing and no-one went in it. The issue was the selfish attitude of some users. Teenage boys and men kicking football around poolside, the men in particular hitting myself and other members of our party with the ball, they were also hitting peoples windows and glass doors if their room was poolside. Then talking (well shouting) at top of their voices like they are the only peo
