GGuest UserOn the first day of arrival a child threw up in the pool bar which we had Ymir pay for food even though all inclusive. The sick re maimed there all day and evening until it dried up only a sign was put their saying wet floor caution. The table wasn’t cleaned nor the floor. Considering the last time I stayed here we ended up being sick lessons clearly not learned. To add insult we got put in a room a the far end of the resort with only a brick wall as a Burmese. But friends arrived two days later and got an outstanding room and view. If you truly want to be treated well and proper five star accommodation the try the hotel titanic who really do onus what it means. Still stuck here room 8043 if the hotel is looking until Saturday. But could if possible leave to go home or go elsewhere. Don’t come here expecting anything good ( sorry apart from the weather at this point ) although don’t expect to see it from your room

SSarah-Jane EverardExcellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards )
Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside,
The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone .
The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot !
The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign ,
The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years.
There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to.
Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am.
Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories.
All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure ,
Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

PPablo Altvarg JuffeThe place is good, but maybe there are better hotels for the same price. Caleta de Fuste Beach is ideal for exploring the island because it is in the center of it, with a car you have 1 hour up and another hour down from this hotel to go to the best beaches. You can also relax on the hotel's beach with a very beautiful artificial pool made by the sea.

OOdyssey00150000782Another good stay - probably my 5th or 6th here over the years. Large apartment, sea view, comfortable beds and pillows, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Because everything is consistently good each time I come then there is no reason to go anywhere else in Caleta. I cannot understand the few negative reviews. This is far superior to other 3 stars I have tried (see other reviews of my experiences in Caleta before I found the San Jorge) , and the environment is clean and comfortable. I like it that there is no air con as I prefer to open the doors for fresh air. It is also peaceful at night- music goes off at 11 pm and I slept a good 8 hours every night with no disturbances. Kitchen is quite adaquate for what I was preparing and it is good to have a microwave, kettle and toaster.

Day 4 of 7 at Elba Lucia good and bad points Good points room clean and good size ,comfy bed and decent shower House keeping of good standard Basic cooking facilities in room/apartment with microwave ,kettle and fridge Pool area nice and clean but to cold for me to brave swimming in January pool bar has cold beer ,juice ,cocktails and wine drinks ok local beer nice local spirits and wine drinkable Staff helpful although reception can get busy if coach of traveler’s arrive our check in was painless and reasonably fast Hotel has gym and sports facilities badminton,tennis ,football and squash,enjoyed having access to gym although gym needs some equipment repaired and cleaning materials for equipment perhaps a water fountain but this could be easily rectified Impressed with value for 3 star hotel and facilities Supermarkets ,restaurant close by within 10/15 min stroll ,small shop on site Bad points All inclusive food well below par and pool bar snacks buggers and hotdogs not much better dry cold and tasteless ,not enough seating in restaurant unappealing food best described as edible this needs addressing if going to be offered as is dragging down reviews thankfully local restaurants and shops or would be very disappointed but not to big a issue if have kitchen self catering facilities like us you can avoid all inclusive buffet and bar snacks and take advantage of all inclusive drinks at pool Overall would rate 3/5 but if based only on hotel excluding food would be 4.5/5 good value /clean and comfortable,friendly staff some updating needed but cosmetic and work getting done Would return as good value 3 star hotel would not eat at all inclusive buffet unless improved

1st we arrived early far to early to get into our room the receptionist was helpful and we were given our all inclusive arm band Result ! As we could have lunch and a few drinks while our bags were in a secure area. 2nd The food this is a buffet style area very clean lots of helpful staff and a good selection of food to a good well presented standard and choice something for everyone we have stayed in the bigger well known chains and to be honest you pay a lot more but get the same. 3rd The rooms this is a large complex and it is scattered about a bit but one you find your way around it’s fine some said it’s hilly but it’s just a slight hill my partner with bad knees has had no problems the rooms are basic but clean . 4th Aircraft noise yes it’s under the flight path in but rather than moan ( they won’t go away ) turn it into a bit of fun play guess the airline !! it’s not a big problem. 5th last is the location it’s close to local bars and restaurants if you fancy a change Overall good value clean nice food and helpful staff

EEmil GrothThe hotel has not been renovated in a long time. It has an 80's look. One mattress was terrible; another fell short of ”enough.” The cost of stay, per night, was very cheap. I would only risk going back for the price.
