Hotels near Chis Pas, Costa Teguise

We have just returned from a 5 night stay here and we couldn’t fault it, from the minute we checked in until the minute we left. We read some reviews and were a bit apprehensive but we are glad to say our experience was way above what we expected. The staff were friendly everywhere across the hotel and always helpful. The hotel itself was kept clean at all times, our room was spacious and had a lovely view of the pool and sea. The pool area was spacious with an adequate amount of sun loungers available at all times. The pool bar was great and the snacks were exactly what were needed while sun bathing. The all inclusive food area was great and the choice on a daily basis was excellent. It was predominantly aimed at the Spanish guests, of which there were plenty, but it was of a good standard and exactly what we expected while staying on a Spanish island, we definitely didn’t want to see fish and chips or burgers and chips all the time while away from Britain and it was nice to try some new dishes each day. The only downside is the location as it’s about a 25 minute walk from Avendida Isla Canarias where the main area for bars and restaurants are but if you enjoy a walk in the sun like us, it won’t be an issue. All in its great place to stay, We would absolute recommend this hotel to family and friends and we will definitely stay here again.

Been to Costa Teguise 6 times and stayed in various hotels! This was definitely the best value for money! Had the best time, normally I can’t sit around the pool as they are so crowded, however here it was a different story. So many sun beds available on all areas around the pool and lots with shade. The pool is a good size and it’s salt water! I didn’t find it cold, some did. We stayed in apartment 1040 and it’s was much bigger than I was expecting and cleaned daily. All in all I would recommend this hotel! Having stayed in the Radison Blue and both Barcelo hotels on the island for what we paid £1000 for a week self catering it’s by far the most budget friendly! I will be coming back!

Just come back from a week at H10 gardens. The hotel is very clean. the pool the rooms and family entertainment is fantastic!!!! BUT the food really dose let this place down. Me and my partner was both very ill on our holiday that ill we was going to fly back early as we both had serious food poisoning it really did ruin our holiday. It's really is a shame as the hotel is a brilliant family hotel and our one year old loved the entertainment but I would not stay there again and I couldn't recommend going because how ill we was. The food really dose need to change everything was cold it all seemed left overs. We wouldn't feed our child anything out of there after we was ill it wasn't worth risk.

Hey just writing this quick review as we have only arrived today after being petrified for weeks wondering what we were walking in to. I just want to reassure everyone who are planning on visiting soon, that our 1 bed apartment is SPOTLESS huge in size and has gorgeous views, the staff have been super friendly ensuring our room was ready for us hours before check in time. I plan to update on our departure x

It was our 5th visit back but sadly have had to lower our normal 5 star score down to a 3 star due to changes which had impacted the quality of our stay. The good points Cleaning Location Breakfast and Lunchtime food The bad points **No outdoor entertainment** this impacted our stay as every year thete has been one performance outside unless bad weather. Being from the UK we live indoors so certainly don't want to sit indoors on holiday. The same acts are indoors in the back and beyond. Outdoors everyone dances and the vibe is better, very disappointed indeed. **Outdoor bar closed ** No bar open outside I assume its because you have no entertainment, it's a massive hike to the main bar and not a nice experience with Mr Grumpy. **Two drinks per person* We are in a group and we noticed this caused worst ques as two of us and groups of people getting drinks prolonging the ques. I'm not sure if we will be back but without improvement this has now gone from being an excellent hotel to an ordinary one.

Stayed here in September and had stayed previously and enjoyed it but was wary due to new recent reviews slating it, but all i can say is some people must lead very boring sad lives, what a fantastic hotel, they went above and beyond with everything! Anything we asked for at reception was obliged, from extra pillows, hangers, non slip bath mats, late check out Tania at reception was only too happy to help, also Manuel (messi lookalike 😜) at the bar and all other bar staff were all pleasant and happy in the pool bar and the atlantic bar, and finally a massive shout out to the animation team, Dora, Julia, Agatha and Tunde 🥰 our wee Darcie loved you all and loved the morning aerobics 😂😂 and the shows in the Atlantic bar were good, you are all a credit to the hotel and we all enjoyed taking part in some of the games around the pool, you got everyone involved and it was just good simple fun. Our room was a two bedroom apartment with a pool view and two balconies was in an excellent position, room was clean, and somewhat modern, room was showing signs of wear and tear (noticed though loads of maintenance going on - new windows, new doors, painting etc going on) but we werent bothered as it was just somewhere to sleep at night and beds were so comfy and apartment cleaned every second day, fresh towels, etc couldnt fault a single thing. Sunbeds were plentiful some days we went a walk and came back about 12 noon and loads of space and beds, spent a day round at the quieter pool as there was a slide, soft play, baby room round there but did prefer the main pool as loads going on. We knew there was no air con but with doors open and window open there was a slight breeze but we noticed for the first time ever there wasnt much breeze (as it usually breezy teguise) at night during our stay, and weve stayed in CT too many times to count, but the fans were sufficient for us and gave a nice cool breeze throughout the night. We will definitely stay here again especially as a family as all the staff couldnt do enough for us to ensure we had a great stay and a fab holiday

The hotel is beautiful, clean and quiet apart from a little building noise. The junior suite room was spacious, modern with a super comfortable bed and massive bathroom. The food on half board was lovely, great selection and various food options available Pool area and gardens are beautiful, well kept and clean It is close to all the shops, bars, beaches and restaurants The hotel does have ongoing building works which did not really affect us, apart from some building noise near the pool/restaurant area during the day. Unfortunately, the front of the hotel to the main road looks very unsightly and unwelcoming when you arrive due to building works, security fencing falling down/broken and building supplies everywhere, as this your 1st impression on arrival!

I stayed here for a week recently. The check in was an easy process. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The room itself was large,clean and tidy though very dated and the bed not the most comfortable. The apartments were close to the square and the beach or pretty much anything else you wanted to do. The pool area was well attended to daily and lovely to relax around. You could also use the facilities at the Camel Springs apartments. My only slight disappointment was one of the cats that roam around the grounds had been sick on the stairs leading to our apartment block. When I told a team member I was met with they’re not our cats and the guest feed them and sometimes they are sick. The sick was still there when we got back after our night out. So it was out with the bucket, hot soapy water to clean it up before a guest had an unpleasant walk to bed. It didn’t spoil the holiday. Just handy there was the stuff in the rooms for a guest to clean it.

We had 7 days at this lovely hotel on the Royal Level. The room.was lovely and spacious. The room was cleaned to a very high standard every day. One of the best things about this hotel is the amazing staff. Nothing is too much trouble at all. It's service with a smile from each and everyone of them. We only eat in the Royal level restaurant which was really good. If I had one small criticism it would be that the food on the hotplate was quite cold. Lovely hotel and we will be back. Thank you

- [ ] No welcome pack not even a bottle of water when checked in late - [ ] Bedroom very small no dressing table and no plugs anywhere near a mirror - [ ] Beds felt like old caravan mattresses - [ ] Sofa bed in room was rock hard - [ ] Only one surface under tele to put anything - [ ] Can’t comment on tele as didn’t use it - [ ] Not one comfy seat in the whole apartment and outside in bar around pool etc - [ ] Pool was the coldest pool I’ve ever been in ( supposed to be heated ) - [ ] When complained to rep was told it isn’t advertised as heated and promptly corrected get and showed her her own jet 2 site where it clearly dates it’s heated she then stalls me to go across the road to the sands resort and pay 11 euros a day for the heated pool 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ The life guard only made an appearance once a day for a couple of minutes then disappeared until 5 pm then proceeded to clatter all the sun beds about as the pool closed at six and the beds were chained up so we couldn’t use them There was scum and debris constantly in the pool and when complained to rep again and again nothing was done Never seen one member if staff smile all week Can’t comment on food as was self catering but the snack bar only serves snacks between 12.30 pm and 3pm …… not 12 til 6 like advertised There was no late checkout rooms and had to sit in searing heat fully clothed from 12 noon till 7pm as there wasn’t even a room to change in when asked at reception she told me I could change in the toilet 🤔 but wouldn’t even give us the use of a towel !!!! Even after the offer of a deposit , The rep told us just to pinch one and give it back when finished 🤷‍♀️
