AArpit JainIt was a nice stay, Room was quite well. Lights and Linens. Toilets clean. Nearby there is a bus stop from which Ulm Hbf can be reached and will take around 10-12 mins. Nearby, Netto supermarket is also there. On the right of the hotel , there is a good passage and a park. Staff at reception was quite helpful. We loved the hotel.

Comfortable bedroom and bathroom. Good central heating which was important as the weather was very cold. The breakfast was served on the top floor which has a superb view of the Cathedral. Very good selection of breads and pastries.

WWookie1957This a really nice hotel in every aspect. The rooms are larger and extremely comfortable and are spotless. The bar area is really nice and welcoming. The restaurant is very good and the quality of food is very good. The breakfast is one of the best I have had at a hotel in Europe. The staff are very helpful and extremely friendly nothing is to much trouble. The hotel has underground parking with a fee payable per night. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the city center and the train station. Once in the center there are many restaurants to choose from and if you have time at the weekend you can explore the old town of Ulm just a couple of minutes from the city center. I will recommend this hotel to colleagues who come to work in Ulm and also friends and family if they visit Ulm. Thank you to all the staff and management who made my stay so enjoyable..

GGuest UserThis is a nice, clean, quiet and generally comfortable hotel. Decently priced. At walking distance from the train station, and from all the central places that have to be visited in this beautiful, hospitable, charming city. They should include the breakfast in the price of the room. Or make it a less costly extra. Because there are a lot of other options for that in the immediate neighbourhood, where one can find many wonderful café-bakeries, groceries, charcuterie and cheese stores, etc. The thermostat in the room cannot be used. The air temperature/ventilation system is central, not under the guest’s control. This could be a problem. For us, it was not warm enough, notably while sleeping. The check-out time is at 11h00. It should be at noon, like most other hotels.

GGuest UserI found the B&B surprising value for money. Though located away from the centre, it's only a 10 minute walk to get there. Yes, the hotel stands by a fairly busy road and overlooks the main railway station but I was surprised how well sound-proofed the building was, and my room directly faced these areas. Also, bear in mind, activity on road and rail is minimal at night. The room with its bathroom/shower was to a high standard, modern, clean and functional. I'd read the reviews before my visit. On my arrival, I understood immediately why they were so good. If anyone is looking for an inexpensive stay in Ulm and doesn't mind stopping a little outside the centre, this place ought to suit. Out of choice, I didn't use the breakfast facility or the bar. It was a simple stop for me and I have no complaints whatsoever. For the price, the standard was excellent.

This little hotel was exaxt the thing we wanted! On the ground floor there is located a nice coffee shop/Restaurant, there you get the key for your room. Everything was clean and tidy, the location perfect, very central in the middle of the pedestrian zone. For breakfast you only go down the stairs and you have your coffee shop. Very friendly staff! Bicycles were allowed to spend the night in the corridor.

I know a lot of reviews stated that the rooms where hot. Since the outdoor temperature during our stay was around 25 Celsius we figured - how bad can it be. Well - bad. In addition smoking is encouraged on the balcony - ash trays on every table. Window open and melt in an uncomfortably hot room or be woken up by smoke and conversations all through the night ????? People actually insisted that they weren’t loud. HAHAHA we and the other guests would not have woken up and we would not have asked you to be more considerate at 4 in the morning. Long story short - we will not be staying there again. If you need a room when it is 20 degrees Celsius outside and you smoke - go for it. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were small, but clean.
