刘刘This hotel is not big, but it is very, very clean. It is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is no one. The owner is a grandfather and gentleman. The view of the hotel is very good. Breakfast is very pleasing to the eye and parking is very convenient. , 10 euros a night is not expensive, although there are not many varieties of breakfast, but the quality is good, the hotel layout is very historical

YYeziPlease note that Figure 1 and Figure 2 are the photos of the main entrance of the hotel. If you just look at the pictures on Trip.com, you will be fooled. The pictures of the two wooden tendons displayed on Trip.com are an exhibition hall, not a picture of the hotel! The location of this hotel is not very good, on the edge of the city, but the service is very good, it is an inn opened by two brothers, I don't know why the online rating is so high, to be honest, I am a little disappointed. The room given was in Room 6 on the 3rd floor. There was no air conditioning and it was so hot. There was a mini fan in the whole room or it was very noisy. It was the kind of fan we disliked in the 1970s and 1980s. The only highlight of this hotel is that there is a back garden, breakfast can be very cool in the garden, but swarms of bees will come and grab jam. Be sure to lock the room door when you sleep, otherwise it will be opened by others. Later, I went around in the back garden and found that room 4 was air-conditioned, but our room was not. The last Tumuji room is an exhibition hall, not their hotel! The pictures hanging on Trip.com by their hotel are suspected of misleading consumers. It is recommended that Trip.com delete the pictures on their homepage after inspection.

Great location, beautiful old building in great condition, very clean and comfortable, inside city wall but far enough away from center to allow for quiet stay. Excellent breakfast downstairs, close and affordable parking, hosts responsive to emails. (I emailed in German but they also speak English.) Great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in an excellent location, next to the city hall and next to the Christmas Museum. The room with a balcony is quiet and quiet. The view outside the window is beautiful. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is good. The only shortcoming was that when I checked in at noon, the two waitresses at the front desk had a blunt and indifferent attitude and extremely poor communication skills. Later, an Asian male waiter showed a completely different friendly way and attitude when dealing with the same matter, and we ended up staying here for another night.

GGuest UserI love this hotel. Location is few minutes walk to the centre and 2 mins from train station by taxi. The hotel's history speaks for itself from the decor and the building. While the room is not those swanky modern decor, it is traditional and huge with a settee and table and a nice welcome card from the hotel. Just like staying in your favorite grandma's house. Comfy and adequate with all the usual hotel amenities. The room opens to a verandah with a good view of the surrounding area and one can hear the church bells ringing which makes my stay more authentic as if I am transported back in time. The bathroom is clean and adequate toilettries and has good strong shower. The staff are polite and professional. Breakfast is adequate with the usual servings eggs, cereals, cheese, breads, fruits etc. And they have elevator to take up my large and heavy luggage. I had a nice stay and wished I could extend my stay but my itinerary is tight. Perhaps next time.

Arrived via train from Wurzburg around 10.45am and was allowed to check in by a kind plump lady, room 206. Avoid this room in the summer as its directly above the night entrance of the hotel. No problem in the winter, lucky us! Room was smaller than it seems (22sqm), twin beds so close to each other, safe, small minibar, fan, TV, bathroom with a tub. When booking, breakfasts was 16.50 euros each, cheaper than 18.50 during check in. We are not breakfasts people, so avoided. Common areas are nice, modern with an elevator. Facade was made to look like half timber but it seems to be purpose built, concrete building. Why we rated it 3 stars was because of a lack of a kettle for the cold winter. They offered a thermos flask instead but its a chore to go down to the Restaurant every-time the thermos is empty! When asked about the bus for Dinkelsbuhl, the same plump lady spent 3-4 mins to check on her computer then told me to check by myself …so much for a 4 stars hotel! We found a 8.29am bus but waited 20 mins in vain! So took a taxi to Dinkelsbuhl for 100 euros instead! See my review for 3 stars Hotel Piazza in Dinkelsbuhl. The greatest asset of this hotel has to be its location, probably the closet hotel within the walls to the train station, 10 mins walk with no luggage. Add 2-3 mins more if with luggage. Overall, our 3 nights at this hotel was fine but we had expected more for the price we paid for a 4 stars hotel.

GGuest UserLovely hotel just outside of the old town, close to the station and from my room I had excellent views of the city walls. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable (despite only being a single bed), and the room was small but very cosy. Breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice. The only slight negative I had was that the pillow could have been a bit thicker, but that's only a minor point that doesn't detract from a really great stay

CCHUAN CHUANThe restaurant is wide and super atmosphere. The meals are rich, the drinks are delicious, and the tea and coffee after the meal greatly improve the quality of tourism and leisure. The hotel is very close to the train station and the castle center sightseeing city, super convenient, the general room can be extra bed, and the parking lot is very suitable for family self-driving travel.

EEdithDue to limited check-in timing, we need to rush back to hotel to check-in, would be good be more flexible to allow us check-in and collect room key first for guest who arrive earlier. We booked queen bed, but was given 2 twin beds which is placed in one corner and another corner, reason from front desk is queen bed room is all taken-up..In that case what’s the purpose of guest room reservation with specific requirement. Glad that front desk is willing to change back the room we booked. No toiletries provided, overall room is clean and comfortable and location is great just opposite the HBF.
