MMichael V.2nd time staying at this very nice hotel with the most friendly and helpful service. Great location right besides the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and even a top supermarket in the shopping centre opposite. We were upgraded to a very large room, which was nice and everything worked perfect, as before. Breakfast buffet with a large choice was ideal for starting the day. Next time in Urumqi we will definitely book this Atour again.

LLucky101I recently had the pleasure of staying for a night during a layover, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was impressively spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind. One of the standout features was the voice-controlled lights and other amenities, which added a modern and convenient touch to my stay. The location is another big plus—it's situated near a variety of excellent restaurants, making it easy to grab a good meal without venturing too far. Additionally, its proximity to the airport is incredibly convenient for travelers like myself who are catching connecting flights. The hotel amenities were top-notch, further enhancing the overall experience. Despite my short stay, I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and modern technology. My brief stay was perfect, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for any future layovers.

AAnonymous UserFirst things first, this is clearly a knock-off ‘Hampton by Hilton’ - branding the same, room design the same, and to be fair they’ve done a decent job of it. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Unfortunately, that’s about as positive as I can be about my stay. The location is fine, albeit not many good local restaurants or sights within walking distance, you’ll need to get a taxi. Service at front desk was inattentive and unprofessional. When I tried to use the phone in the room to call front desk and/or housekeeping, the line automatically disconnected. The worst aspect of my stay was the “smart” aspects of the room. Firstly, the aircon does not work. It was 34/35 degrees throughout my stay and despite putting the aircon on 16 degrees with maximum fans, the temperature in the room barely dropped below 27/28 degrees all night. Bring your own fan! The “smart” controls meant that all the lights in the bathroom came on as soon as you moved, which is not what you want in the middle of the night. Equally, the control panel was blinking constantly, right next to the bed, which was very annoying if that kind of thing affects your sleep (it does mine). Worst of all was the TV that simply would not turn off, and was incredibly bright, right in front of the bed. I ended up having to dismount the TV from the wall and completely unplugging it just to get the room semi-dark. Incredibly annoying. If you want a dark room, with a comfortable temperature, this is not the place for you… Its a shame, because the hotel has potential, but as it is I can’t recommend it given these fairly fundamental issues.

GGuest UserI had few nights stay and liked this hostel room spacecious and clean. The owner Mr Li is a down to earth person and don't forget about his front liners Ms June, Ms Chen, Mr Huang, Ms Chuen, and Ms MA all are very friendly and helpful even knowledgeable if any queries, especially Ms June would delighted to share and guide you at all things. You feel like home for the enviroment here as everyone mix and chat around especially at the living room and pantry (as my pictures) The brand embassador of the hostel is Mr Bo a cute and fluffy cat. Yunbo Hostel in a strategic location about 30 mins walk to Urumuqi Train and Bus station too and you can catch local buses to places with only RMB2 By the way, It is hastle free to feed your tummy as there are some local food restaurants and convenience stalls below the building It is a worth for value and if I have a chance to be back to here in future, this definitely would be my first choice by heart and strongly recommend to all my friends. Thank You for your unconditional service and I have had a wonderful stay at your place

GGuest UserThe room is well equipped. I went to the gym twice and felt comfortable after training. The staff are enthusiastic and well-trained. I had a fever on the 28th and the hotel gave me ginger syrup. Su Qi, Ma Lanhua and **Hui at the front desk are worth recommending [Concerned] The wrong invoice was issued once during the process, but Miss Su Qi was very patient and issued it again. The most exciting thing about the hotel is the parking. The upper floor is separated and has two lanes. The garage is spacious and bright. Hotels with garages in winter are worth recommending.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Liyi Hotel Urumqi Exhibition Center Wuyue Plaza Branch and had a great experience! The hotel is in an excellent location with convenient transportation. It is very close to Wuyue Plaza and is very convenient for shopping and entertainment. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable bedding, which gave me a good night's sleep. The service is also very attentive, the staff are warm and friendly, and any problems can be solved in time. Highly recommend everyone to stay here!

SStephenGreat service from the start to the end. Bella at the front desk helped us with checking in and getting settled. Every member of staff was friendly and wanting to help. Great location for the hotel, the bar does a good cocktail and the pool/ gym are at a high standard. It was such a pleasure to stay there that we have booked to come again in a week’s time!

GGuest UserThis was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

I reimbursed her later. This is most unforgettable and i would like to thank her profusely.
