From the convenient transfer service to the warm hospitality extended by the staff, every aspect of my stay was truly remarkable. Arrival and Check-in: Upon booking, I contacted the hotel receptionist who promptly arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport. The transfer service was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's lobby was immaculate, and the staff courteously showed me to my room, providing a thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities. KKaren LqyI would recommend this beautiful and cosy hotel to anyone travelling to GZ! Hotel is relatively new and extremely accessible. There were malls, convenience shop and casual eateries within walking distance! We can get anywhere easily though best to keep the hotel address in Chinese handy. The staff were all extremely welcoming, genuine and professional! Love the gym and the 24 hour complimentary laundry self service which is god sent after being away for a few days! Reception team double hat as conceige and are so helpful whenever we need help w travel planning! Thank you Pan Juan and your team for taking so good care of us and we hope to visit soon!

Lobby in the 95th floors will make you special experience and without wait as there has so many counters to help u check in. 2.we have informed them to give us the room with good view towards Guangzhou tower after we booked,so we got. 3.For the breakfast,wow,Actually there doesn’t have so many kinds，but every kind is exquisite，especially the fruit. 4.the best services.there has so many staffs in the lobby and elevator and the breakfast restaurant,even this never had in Atlantis Sanya China. 5.Best location in Guangzhou,opposite to Guangzhou tower and near Guangzhou Fair,you can run in the morning along Zhujiang River. Anyway I will be back again if I come to GZ.

Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity. **From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect. **We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy. **Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper. **The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience. Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city. My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp. The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers. I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay.. Overall, think Airbnb apartment. The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators. BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.
