GGuest User房間衞生乾淨，有地暖，我們是春節期間大年初六來住的。非常暖和，屋裡邊很舒適。主人王先生的服務特別好，我們到了之後。接我們停好了車，下午辦理的入住，早上的早餐乾淨衞生，吃的也挺舒服。房間還給準備了三炮台。下次準備夏天的時候來這裏，在院子裏坐着，有一棵大樹，在那裡乘涼一定很舒適，這裡邊是鬧中取靜，離院子不遠就離楊柳青的燈會，離楊柳青的春節廟會的飲食一條街也很近，另外旁邊有一個萬和居餐廳，包子及老爆三也很好吃。所以在吉祥院子住着挺方便的，很好。推薦。

GGuest UserAnnie, the front desk staff, has a very good service attitude👌. It's a warm stay. The hotel is very clean and tidy. I like the decoration style inside. There is not only a restaurant on the third floor but also free laundry and drying. I have never had such a good service attitude in a hotel before. I like it so much. My family also thinks this accommodation choice is very good. I will book this hotel again in the future!

We have all lived and just prepared to take a bath and found that there is no water. The front desk can't solve it, so we changed the room for us, because the girlfriend just prepared to take a bath and wear pajamas to change the room to take luggage. I was carrying my luggage alone throughout the whole process. The front desk stood and watched. Both pickpockets were full of things and fell on the ground. I put things in the room and picked them up. It was very bad.

CChan Ming TongI booked 3 rooms in Jun, 2023. The hotel is only 4 months old. The only thing I want to complain about is that I can't find anything to complain about! The subway station is just in front of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, and malls are surrounding this beautiful hotel. The GM told me it was a 4 star hotel but to me it is nothing less than a 5 star accommodation. Highly recommended! Good price, great value!

CCulturalKeysOverall we had a lovely stay here. The location is great, and the rooms and reception area were beautifully decorated. The pool and gym were amazing (best hotel gym I've ever seen!), and never very busy. Staff were friendly and polite. And there was never a queue for the lifts. There were a few ******* which I'll list below for other people who appreciate these types of details, but they were by no means deal breakers. ******* included: - we always had a long wait at reception to be served - the deposit is large (almost the price of the stay again) - no plugs on one side of the bed so you can't charge your phone next to you - the minibar wasn't very cold - no takeout delivery to rooms (usually this is done by robot) - beds are very soft which might give some people backache - our toilet cistern kept running (we fixed it ourselves every time) - the shower leaked - the blinds over the windows are all or nothing, there are no curtains that you can just pull over part of the window - the swimming pool is very shallow at just 1.2 metres with no deep end - this made swimming difficult for both of us as we're on the taller side - you must sign a declaration before every swim/workout (I think once per customer would be enough!) and wear a swimming cap in the pool (the hotel sells them).

Nami at the front desk introduced interesting places in Tianjin and recommended Tianjin specialty restaurants. It was very professional. There was free mineral water in the hotel elevator hall, and the hotel lobby fragrance smelled better. , I don’t know what brand it is. The only regret is that the road in front of the hotel is not open, and there are few types of breakfast. I want to eat some Tianjin-style breakfast, but the taste is not very authentic.

MMichael & Nici Exploring China and BeyondWe checked in at the ”Somerset Olympic Tower”, late Saturday night. This, as another branded hotel, disappointed us greatly, due to basic facilities not being available (we checked out). Upon arrival at the Somerset Olympic Tower, we were warmly received, by the front of house. Special thanks to ”Avery”, for her hospitality and for making us feel right at home, much appreciated. Note: Check in and check out, was effortless and prompt, the way it should be. Thank you. Our suite was exceptionally well equipped. A well layed out kitchen, with major (Fridge, Washing Machine) and minor appliances (Microwave) as well as cutlery and crockery. (Everything you need, for a long or short stay). The dining room had a table and chair set, suitable for family or friends. We enjoyed the lounge area as well, the sofa was comfortable and the area is well organised. There is an office area as well, should you require the use of a desk. The bedroom has a on suite bathroom, equiped with a bathtub / shower combination. We found the bed to be comfortable, with quality bedding on it. The suite has numerous windows, with clear city views. Breakfast (buffet) was excellent, with a great selection (Western and Chinese Style). The facilities are on international standard. Guests can enjoy a fully equiped professional gymnasium, and a heated swimming pool during their stay. Overall we were extremly satisfied with the service received, the facilities and the meals. We look forward to visiting the ”Somerset Olympic Tower” often, and in the near future.
