GGuest UserLocation is very convenient, just opposite the west lake garden, and 10 minutes walking distance to old town. The furnishings maintained very well. Good services provided, such as free laundry, and daily free herb tea and dessert at lobby. I like the room decoration, matching well with the local style. The breakfast buffet has a great variety, the staff are very polite and helpful, upgraded my room type without charge. Will stay again if visit next time!

GGuest UserThe room is quite new and very clean. It is very close to the Taifo Store. However, it is too hot in Chaozhou. I am sweating as soon as I go out. The attitude of the front desk is very good. They give me summer tea as soon as I come back. They are also very enthusiastic about introducing Chaozhou. Attraction, I will continue to stay here next time I come here

EElisia LohLocation is very convenient. Opp road is PaiFang street entrance. Nearby a lot of restaurants. There is a morning market behind the hotel. Hotel is fully IoT, using XiaoDu voice commands for the lightings, curtain, aircon. Even the toilet bowl tech advanced (automated ultraviolet disinfectant, soaping, flushing, washing etc) using XiaoBai as the voice command for additional of soaping and flushing. Hotel serve nice breakfast and tea breaks. Staff are very polite and helpful. U can ask them and they can send all the recommendations via WeiXin/Wechat if you have set it up in your phone.

XXiaoyunhexiaojiI originally chose to stay in the ancient city, and I was a little worried about hygiene, noise, and humidity. After comparing many reviews, I finally chose this homestay. I was not disappointed. First of all, it is very convenient to visit the ancient city, and it is not far from any scenic spot. Secondly, because the homestay was only opened last year, the facilities are very new, and electric toilets, disposable towels, and toilet mats are all equipped. The water pressure is sufficient, and the hot shower washes away all the fatigue. Thirdly, although there are many electric cars outside, it is very quiet as soon as you turn into the homestay, and there is no noise when you sleep at night. All the problems I care about have been solved. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and even my husband, who has always complained that the mattresses in hotels outside are too soft, expressed his satisfaction. The boss is very talkative. We were tired from shopping and chatted with the boss all night. The food recommended by the boss is very good, and there is no thunder. I will recommend it to friends who come in the future.

葛葛安杰Absolutely amazing, every little detail. The hotel is charming, beautifully designed and the rooms are spacious, with every convenience of modern living - better than a five star hotel in almost every way. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful and have tons of very very good recommendations for restaurants and services. From drivers to rentals to the best things to see. The restaurants we tried on their recommendation were excellent. Far better quality than most on the walking street - I just wish we had more time to try them all - two days was not enough. The rooms are perfect for two couples or a family, the bathroom has enough privacy, and they have very nice quality amenities. The air conditioners keep the room warm in winter, and the beds are very comfortable. You can also bring back food from outside to eat in the common courtyard. Would very highly recommend this hotel if you are going to spend time in the old city. One of the best I have stayed at.

GGuest UserAround 5 mins taxi to the entrance of ancient city, great view, excellent room design, particularly like the bathroom design! Exceptionally comprehensive gym equipment, neat and stylish gym environment. Helpful staff who helped to arrange taxi and recommend restaurant. Major complaint was cleaning staff entering my room after I left the hotel despite my Do Not Disturb light was on. I was sure it was on because it is my usual practise, and I double-checked it that morning when I left the hotel. And the room service (which I did not expect) was chaotic. Used towels and bath rope were taken without replacement, and unused towels were somehow rearranged. Filled up some disposable utensils but were not tidily placed e.g. the slippers looked like being casually tossed around on the floor. Instantly realized someone had entered my room when I arrived at my room door that evening as I could see the DND light was turned off. Hotel explained that the cleaning staff was unaware of the DND light. How ridiculous! It was deliberately turned off. Worse, how the hotel tried to keep the hassle low key by offering me free bfast or something was disappointing. I don't think the hotel had geniuely tried to understand how I see it as an intrusion, and how unacceptable that was to me. I did not feel safe when I found out someone entered my room against my will. Probably won't visit Chaozhou again and prefer not to stay with Crowne again.

HHeng Yen LinWe spent a total of 3 nights here. This is one of the most satisfactory hotels I have ever stayed in. The hotel is so clean and new. The basic facilities are all well equipped. I have stayed in multiple 5 stars hotels and this hotel is definitely comparable to those 5 stars. The location is superb. And the breakfast is so delicious with nicely brewed coffee. The staffs at the lobby are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend my friends to stay in this hotel.

PPaul. SThe best part of this place is the location, right behind YUY Hotel at the junction of Paifang Street (Taiping Rd) and Xima Road. You can just walk a few minutes to Kaiyuan Temple, Guangji Gate and Guangji Bridge. At 5.30pm, they remove the pontoons in the middle of the bridge and at 8pm, there is a light show. Food is abundantly found in the surrounding streets. Access to this hotel is via the 2 lanes beside YUY Hotel from Paifang street or Xima Road. The boss and his wife communicate in Mandarin, so Google translate will come in handy. Before checking in, you need to inform the inn of the time of arrival so that the boss can meet you. We were given a key card and complete freedom to go in and out anytime. The place is quiet and very clean. It is also quite new. Amenities are good quality, towels and bedding all good. Perfect for an independent traveller. Hosts are friendly and helpful. There is a washing machine and place for drying clothes on the rooftop. If you come from Chaosan train station, take bus K2 and stop at the Central Hospital opposite West Lake and walk to the inn in about 10-15mins. Make sure you have WeChat installed in your phone to communicate with the host.

The weather is so bad that it feels like there is no wind if you want to go out for a walk, and the sun is everywhere! The room is not smelly! There are a lot of little cockroaches!
