這次來長沙旅遊，本來是訂了另外一個酒店，因為那個酒店和攜程合作關係取消，導致不能接待。攜程的客服人員馬上協調跟進，更換了星樾酒店式公寓，離五一廣場不遠，交通出行方便，房屋內乾淨整潔，設施完好，有洗衣機可以洗衣服，省去不少麻煩，衞生間乾淨乾濕分離，用的龍頭洗浴設備都是品牌的，冰箱製冷效果不錯。房間隔音效果不錯。因為我們離開長沙是晚上的火車，酒店服務人員貼心的為我們延長了兩個小時的退房。在長沙旅遊感覺有回家的温馨。下次如果來長沙，這個酒店還是不二之選。
