We were in town last weekend for a family wedding, we booked about 9 rooms.. The hotel is newly renovated for rooms, lobby, hallways, breakfast area, arc.. all of it basically. Because of this renovation, the rooms were surprisingly nice. Everything was clean, beds / mattresses are new, bathrooms ( showers) are new and all work well. We stayed two nights and slept well. The neighborhood is fairly quiet as it off a main street, Wellington . The checkin/ out was smooth for us, staff were helpful and friendly. A mins is the Abe’s driveway around the building..,Please fix! The potholes are quite big.. Room Cleaning crew is good. The breakfast was Continental and OK but I hear this week, the breakfast will have eggs and meat available.. This will be much better than Continental we had.All in Al it is very good for the money paid..especially comparing to other hotel prices.. And the rooms are suites so much roomier than basic hotel room.we would definitely stay again.. oh th

KKwoonyiJust referring to the feeling of staying here, it is still good. However, the room rate was repeated. I have already asked once at check-in, saying that it is a deposit, and I will refund it when I check out. As a result, I still deducted my money when I checked out. Fortunately, Ctrip's service is still good, and the refund is successful.

GGuest UserGood facilities, room was a bit off a walk away from the lobby. Not the greatest view from the room but the room was clean, bed was comfy and quiet. The pool was well maintained and had a unique arcade room. Unfortunately it ate my quarters… Will stay here again!

GGuest UserMy husband and I had booked at a different hotel and it was beyond terrible so at the last minute we drove to the Holiday Inn & Suites in London. The front desk clerk, Ricken, was simply wonderful. He quickly booked us into a terrific room and calmed me down. His kindness and thouthfulness were greatly appreciated. The rest of our stay was equally wonderful. Thank you to all the staff we came into contact with at the Holiday Inn in London.

GGANGThe location of the hotel is very good, located in central London, less than ten minutes walk from the train station. Breakfast is a standard North American style with a coffee tube. There is a parking lot, 14 Canadian dollars and tax increase.

HHartcarolynSuper impressed with the gentleman in the restaurant who offered to deliver my food to our room as I was travelling alone with my 5 yr old grandson… deserves some praise! The other staff were good… just a small suggestion to elevate your facility… have real coffee cups and 2 real glasses for water… all we had was 2 paper cups for water/coffee/juice.. had to rinse out for the different liquids… a bit ‘sub-par’ for the Ramada name :)
