I booked the Volatita Two-Bedroom Suite. I read online reviews that it was relatively old. When I moved in, I found it to be quite good, especially the hygiene. I paid special attention to the corners of the bathroom. I felt very good. There are no waiters in the hotel who can speak Chinese, but they can speak English. , the breakfast is a set meal. On the first and second day, I thought the breakfast was pretty good. On the third, fourth and fifth day, it was really not that good. My family and I have had a wonderful experience at North Hill City Resort. This is our first time here, but it won't be our last. The accommodations are lovely and even more attractive given that this hotel is relatively small and has a lovely boutique flavor. Everything worked perfectly in our rooms, and the showers are impressive in and of themselves with multiple jets of water that can soothe your aching muscles after a long round or two of golf at the world-class golf course (literally) 100 paces away from one of the entrances of the hotel. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We were also pleasantly surprised by how efficient and cost-effective room service was. All of our food came promptly and was hot and delicious, which has not been my experience of most hotels in my years of travel. The one improvement I would make would be to the breakfast buffet, which was very good, but limited. All the food was well prepared and delicious, but if there were more options that would be helpful. Mostly, however, it was the generosity of the staff which was most impressive. Under the leadership of the resort manager, Mr. Pholkrit Poenmunkong, we were exceptionally well cared for by all staff members, but, in particular, by Mr. Poenmunkong and the front desk staff of Nada, Ploy, and Chainoi. Mr. Poenmunkong was warm and generous with his time. He greeted my young son with a formal handshake which helped him feel very proud. During our stay, he also ensured that we had everything we needed to make our experience exceptional. The front desk staff was an exquisite example of people going ”above and beyond” to help us feel at home. When you're in a new city, small things matter, and whether it was Nada making sure my four-year-old had his hat (or carrots to feed the rabbits), Ploy ensuring that we took the correct shuttles to the correct places, or Chainoi making sure we had fresh towels and teaching us archery, we felt their warmth and their competence, which was a gift. What happened as I type this review is an example of this generous hospitality. I am sitting in the hotel cafe writing this review and Nada (who works with the front desk staff), unsolicited, greeted me warmly and brought me a delicious drink, which was quite thoughtful and appreciated. This is the type of service we've experienced North Hill City Resort and I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to enjoy a great hotel, with delicious food and amazing hospitality.

I accidentally discovered this newly opened resort online and came here with the attitude of giving it a try. The service staff are full of kindness and the most important thing is that they can also speak Chinese. The resort is decorated in Lanna style. Since the newly opened facilities are relatively new, the bedding products are also from big brands, and the environmental facilities are relatively complete, mainly clean. Choose from five free breakfasts every day. After breakfast, start a day of pleasant vacation life with a glass of iced Americano. Little flowers can be seen everywhere🌸, and a dazzling array of trees. Enjoy the soft vacation life alone.

My most recent trip to Chiang Mai can only be described as magical and blissful and I have Vdara resort to thank for. My ideal place to stay was somewhere tranquil without the noise and stress of being too close to the city. It was so relaxing staying here. And the room was gigantic! The service staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast upstairs was great and delicious and allowed me to start the day in a good mood. Even though it was nice and quiet, Vdara was still close enough to the main city area that I didn't feel inconvenient whatsoever. Getting a taxi or Grab was extremely easy and quick. I would definitely stay here again my next trip back to Chiang Mai.

The place was once a tobacco drying barn. Its vast shady green garden of trees and lawns creates a relaxing atmosphere. House covered with leaves is so cool. We were here for a dinner (didn't stay). The restaurant served various types of cuisines including Thai (typical and Northern) and European (Italian, French,...). Our dishes were Lanna hors d'oeuvre, Northern Thai minced pork Larb, Stir fried squid with chili and salt, Sliced redtail catfish in clear Tom Yum soup, French onion soup, and Mixed vegetable salad. Then, we tasted their signature Makiang (local fruit) ice cream. Awesome!
