The following are the real pictures and videos I took when I checked into the hotel that day. I stayed in Room 204 that day. Hotel location: Lagos has convenient transportation. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. Looking at the pictures of bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: It can be regarded as dry and wet separation. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures.

New bedding is heavenly. Shower is great pressure and room for two room has safe, mini fridge with complimentary water, kettle with tea/coffee. Atm in lobby will take USA visa debit for local naira, dispense 10,000 at a time. Room was a bit tight. Wish we had stayed here instead of the apartment their bed was like a board. Staff very respectful and professional. POS didn't take credit card, nor atm, even though shoprite did. Can't wait to stay there again, next time in lagos.

I stayed couple of days at citiheight and it was awesome time. I love the environment and the quietness. The pool is nice and clean, the gym and the bar was on point. The hospitality of staff was very pleasant. I didn’t really enjoy the Air condition I requested for a change of room and it was done. The breakfast was buffet style and I usually filled myself up before going out. I would love to come back again.

I had a great time at Ibis Hotel in Lagos. But my greatest disappointment was, my phone was stolen by one of the Ibis’ security guards. I resting at the pool side and I unfortunately slept off. When I got up, I couldn’t find my phone. Not knowing that a security guard on duty has stolen my iPhone 11. But we later retrieved the phone from him.

Breakfast was good. Wi-Fi was not very good.

Took awhile to get checked in. The Porter took us up to a room that sank of cigarette smoke and ****. They had sprayed profuse amounts of air freshener in an attempt to mask the smell. It didn't work and both smells would either make you nauseous or give one a headache. I asked for another room...i wasn't happy when there wasn't one in my range available (admittedly it was vals weekend) as they tried to arm twist me to paying for an upgrade. I refused and asked for a refund. The pleasant manager calmed me down and asked me to hold on. I went to have a pleasant meal in their restaurant. Luckily they made up another room for us. It didn't smell as bad. But in a rush...they forgot our bottled water and extra towel. Twas a nuisance. Later we went to the pool for drinks...i was dissapointed with the cocktails and a horrible fried ice cream cake. Lastly next to us were a bunch of poorly unkempt boys...one was smoking a joint...explains lot of public places smelt of ****...it was a case of either I wasn't meant to stay here or those guys shouldn't be there smoking ****..the hotel TV system is a bit of a pain to operate...and fabric seats in the room was not good...you could see stains not unlike semen...very off putting....but the rooms were a really good size, Good acs and decent price for Victoria island.....i would stay there again...hopefully they would have stopped people from smoking **** there..

I had an outstanding experience! The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.
