Hotels near Moncus Park - Office, Lafayette

This is a wonderful location for any destination you want go to in Lafayette, every thing is convient. The only reason for not having a perfect 10 in all catagories is due to Covid restrictions. It is time we move past this and try and get back to some degree of normal, ie: Daily house keeping, better breakfast, etc. We were told the property was in line for a little remodeling/updates. This is our go to “Home” when we go to Lafayette. We have stayed here many times when traveling and with our grandsons baseball teams. The hotel and our rooms are always so clean and welcoming. We love the size of the rooms with the sofa and lil kitchen set up. The free breakfast is definitely a plus with very good choices and so good. The staff is very attentive and friendly. When we had to evacuate from home because of a hurricane last year I knew this is where I wanted to go and they did not disappoint. We were there for a few weeks with two other of our family members and their kids. The washer & dryers on site were so very useful. There are eating places in walking distance and we spent quite a bit of time in the lil park right out side. Location is perfect with things close by but the way the place is set up you don’t feel crowed. Sometimes we would took walks on the premises and area.

Drury Inn & Suites in Lafayette, La. is not only exceptional because of the beautiful rooms, pool, and ambiance. This hotel is remarkable because of the beautiful people that staff this place. My family and I came to this hotel in a time of crisis; hurricane Ida. We could not find a hotel with reasonable prices, seemingly comfortable or suitable for my age-varied family, stemming from my 1 year old niece to my senior grandpa, and our puppy. Amidst our last-minute searches, somehow, someway, the Drury Inn save the day, truly. Between a welcoming staff that greets you right at the door, cooks/chefs in the kitchen there to help, greet and converse with you at their buffet. The list goes on and on. You all were a safety net to my family and the ways you looked out for us are immeasurable, and I'm not exaggerating. Please don't change, and continue to be the wonderful, hospitable, and all-around considerate people family has ever encountered. By the way, I know I seemed to dedicate this message to the staff of Drury Inn, I feel I should also, at least mention the other great aspects of his hotel. :) The rooms, beds, and bathrooms are beautiful, cool, and encapsulating. The kitchen, open and inviting with coffee kept me active all day a multipurpose buffet. I believe there was a card for a complimentary drink or two, as well. The pool and complimentary towels: are refreshing. The chandelier and ambiance of the lobby was beautiful, as well. And there was one of my favorites, a gym included in the hotel! It was an all-around great experience that made my family and I feel as though we were still safe and protected amidst the chaos that brewed at home and on the news. We will continue to recommend this Inn to anyone asking!

While travelling over a 6 week period we stayed at 6 different Red Roof Inns throughout the USA. We choose Red Roofs based on the fact that dogs were free and pricing. Although the Red Roof Inn in Lafayette was under renovation, it was still the BEST one we had stayed at. All of the staff was extremely friendly, from the people at the front desk, to housekeeping, even the contractors. They couldn’t do enough for you. If they saw you outside they would ask if you wanted or needed anything. Everyone was apologetic for the mess that the renovations were causing.I think they were near the end as we did not find it bad at all. When we asked for recommendations they always lead us to great tours. I would like to commend the owners/managers on how well the exterior grounds are kept. This was the first hotel that we stayed at that we were able to go out with the dog and not worry about stepping in poop. Just because at pet stays for free it does not mean that people should not pick up after their dogs. Thank you to everyone at the Red Roof Inn Lafayette Great job

We were in Lafayette with the Cajun/zydeco dance group for Mardi Gras. The hotel was extremely clean, updated and nicely decorated, The staff were very polite, attentive, friendly, efficient, personable and engaging. The staff (Nelson, Tasha and Gabriella) at breakfast every morning were outstanding and made our trip even more fun! The breakfast was always fresh and tasty with a good variety of items to choose from. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and attentive happy to help with all of our requests. We loved having a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in our room. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good with hot water always available. I appreciated the dove soap amenities and the dispensers in the shower and the sink. Our only complaint was the lack of a toilet seat cover which we all felt wasn’t very sanitary. Overall a lovely experience in Lafayette at the Holiday Inn ! We would all choose this hotel again because the staff went above and beyond which we all know is hard to come by these days. The hotel is located near Interstate 10, next to the restaurant gas station, etc. It is more convenient, the lobby is spacious and bright, the room is large, the bathroom is more comfortable, the wardrobe is spacious, the breakfast type can generally barely eat, the overall health is very good. But our little sofa in this room, there is a lot of soil on the top, should be vacuuming well.

This hotel was in a very good location just a bit off the highway. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I asked for a suite and we had one on the 2nd level right across from the elevator. I was skeptical thinking the noise would be higher but in fact it was not an issue at all. The beds were comfortable. The TV/remote worked just fine however the USB cable port did not. We had our plugs so that was an easy fix. Elevator was reliable and quick. The hallways were clean. The bathroom was OK, but you could see that there was some patching that had been done. Parking was ample. There isn't a place to sit and relax outside of the hotel but not everyone likes to have that option. The breakfast was available an hour earlier which was perfect as we had an early start and would have missed it. Standard fare but fresh, hot, and there was a good mix of items. The attendant/cook was very friendly and was checking to make certain things were hot and stocked. Restaurants were close by and a good variety of options for dinner. We would stay here again.
