Room was decent but the bed was a little too firm for me. The room furniture could use an update. The staff was accommodating. The morning breakfast was good. We paid WAY too much for the room though. The prices were jacked up too high for graduation.

Beds dilapidated and worn. Walls are paper thin. So very loud family with kids next door. Could hear everything. Fairly clean

The door lock was very difficult to open. I was so concerned that I did not leave the room again (e.g., for ice, for breakfast) as I was concerned my possessions would be locked inside. Also, I could not get the volume to work for the television. The person at the desk noted the problems immediately when I told her anout the problems.

No hot water for the first and third day. Extreme noise from 11pm to 1am and then staff was even louder when dealing with it. It’s a crap shoot. Good luck.

Comfortable stay- clean, quiet, free breakfast. Good location. The one issue was no hot water the morning we checked out- the front desk associate provided an unsolicited adjustment which we appreciated.

We stay at this hotel often when visiting family. We were a little disappointed with the pool this stay. The pool area had an odor and the pool was murky looking. Hopefully it was just in need of cleaning and will be better next time we stay.
One of the things we like most is the friendliness of the staff! They are always so kind!

I was shocked about a $250 deposit that was required at check in as it wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the booking. They said I will get it back in a day or two after check out

Staff were friendly and helpful, place was clean but kind of run down, like my door handle was broken and there were a lot of frayed edges and the cough had a 3-inch rip in it. Also the gym consists of a treadmill, an elliptical, and a bow flex knockoff
