Reception: Majority of staff were mostly courteous, however did not always greet upon arrival and did not always acknowledge you while you waited. Room / facilities: Room number 417 is on the 4 floor and is clean. It overlooks the city and has a road and views of the flowing from your balcony. The self control air conditioning is somewhat confusing to operate, but did the job. The room had a balcony with a door that opens fully enabling guests to go outside. The room has a bar fridge, safe, older style flat screen tv, euro style memory foam pillows, (that i found terrible and left me nursing a migraine after the first night). Queen bed, sofa bed, table and chair, hanging area and luggage shelf. The bathroom had a shower/ tub combo with a multi purpose shower head. Day 2, the 168 kids arrived and the noise escalated from a tranquil setting to a wild playground. Kids played in the hall, yelling screaming, opening and then slamming their and friends room doors, knocking on unknown doors and running (mine). Some kids were polite to apologise when they realised they had the incorrect room. Reception were requested to intervene at least 7 times (face to face and via the phone), however this only sometimes restored the peace for a short period. The student teachers/ supervisors were nowhere to be found to settle the children. Not an ideal situation to be in for a relaxing stay. Parking: is available at an additional cost of €21 (at the time of my stay). The car park is very tight to maneuver around. Wifi: Complementary and good speed password required, this did slow dramatically once the 168 kids arrived to the hotel and were using their devices. Conclusion: Excellent position. River views Comfortable rooms. Right in the center of town. Letdowns: Kids permitted to stay and guests not provided this information upon checkin. Adult guests could have been allocated other separate floors and the children on other exclusive floors. Location / Nearby: Centre of the city and all its offerings. Letdowns Rushing water noise can be a bit much for some. Hotel not advising guests of the imminent arrival of 168 children and the accompanying noise. Getting to hotel: Best use GPS. Be aware of the last roundabout prior to the hotel and the 5th exit that goes down just to the right of the main road/bridge. its very easy to miss. The hotel name and parking signs are only visible when your 5 meters from the property. If arriving into Barcelona airport and drive to Andorra, do yourself a favour and turn off “tolls” on the GPS, the drive has spectacular scenery, and is only marginally longer and you will save €30+ in tolls.

Hotel well placed in the centre of the city. Rooms with main room (TV, towel, hairdryer, shower freezer) but older decoration. Materas very comfortable. Good isolation of outdoor noise but not of neighbouring rooms. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and the room is very comfortable.

Hotel has a good location, walking distance from center and main attractions but also in a quiet area. Personal was polite and respectful, offered a lot of information regarding our stay and were ready to address any complain we had. The room was very clean, same as the bathroom, also the view of the room was very nice, seeing the mountains in the distance. The bed was comfortable, had no issue to have a good sleep. Parking was free over the weekend. Overall a very good stay in Andorra, very good price quality ratio.

# Transportation # There is an underground parking lot charging 18 yuan for one night. The room is good and it's cost-effective. It is very close to the pedestrian street. I went to this country with friends every time. Although this country is tax-free, you should pay attention to the quota of 900 euros per person.

Because the hotel I know you for many years and they received me as a customer I've been, they gave us The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. You are a bad fall. The room they gave us was not out hot water and the separate breakfast was for me very expensive 18 e. So I chose to go down one day. I said they were 9 and it wasn't the way. Great staff, great hotel. You will want a car ideally and spaces directly outside are limited but think there's paid parking or just up the hill. We stayed to try out grandvalira ski area, which has a lot of mileage but needs decent snow coverage and runs are shorter than the classic alpine resorts - enjoyable nevertheless. Anyway as family with two 15 year old boys we booked two rooms at good rates for 4 nights. Pool / spa was a bonus, you need nominally to book a slot and must wear a cap which you can buy for 3 euros. Breakfasts good and plentiful but bean to cup machine can't really make espresso to speak of. Bar had table football, pool, plus other games so good for a drink and some fun. Didn't try food there in the evening. Rooms very comfortable, quiet. Shower works fine but don't expect a torrent. Front desk staff lovely (Alex from memory but all the others as well). Recommend without hesitation. One ask to the hotel - gym was way too hot to use, and I'm fit / thin. I practically melted down running easy on treadmill even with the small desk fan and my own portable gym fan. Cooling may be difficult as it's buried deep in the building but ideally a portable Aircon or really strong fan. It's clear nobody uses it as a result since the water wasn't refilled for two days. And not related to the hotel, we found it easier to drive to the long telecabine in encamp to get into the middle of the skiing area, we almost got stuck trying to navigate the tricky lift combo to get back to the Canillo telecabine. Anyway thanks to roc meller team for a lovely stay.

I spent two mid-week nights over there. A friend and I went for a short ski trip form Barcelona. We had booked that hotel trough one of those internet platforms where you can book the accommodation plus the ski passes. I guess it's a bit cheaper like this. Maybe that's why we got a rather small room. I didn't actually see the rest, but based on the emergency map placed in the room, we could compare the sizes according to that map, and we weren't the luckiest ones... We didn't complain though. Two blokes wouldn't really care much about that. So, the room was a bit small, but good enough. The beds, really comfy and the bathroom clean and spacey enough. The furniture is rustic style which matches with the scenery. The reception was taken care by a gentleman who brief us after pulling some questions. There is a indoor parking if you need and a ski look. The hotel has a small indoor pool with jacuzzy, a couple of sauna facilities (one was not operative...) and massage is available upon request. There was a low booking so the bar was rather quiet during the evening, but it was week day and not the best snow reports so it was very quiet. Maybe a small pool table or alike would cheer up the lone tourists like us. The restaurant was excellent. We had two breakfast and one dinner. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and with a good choice of products. The dinner was really good. Both in quality and quantity. The staff who served us in the restaurant was also very friendly and helpful. Th same applies to the room girls who helped us a couple of times providing robes and some other explanations to find our bearings inside the corridors. Overall a positive experience.

Hotel Sant Eloi is located on road, near Sant Julià de Lòria town, in Andorra. The rate quality/price is very good. The room has all you need to stay some nights. It was big and it has views of mountains, very relaxing. Beds were comfortable. A breakfast buffet and parking were included in the price. On the other hand, The hotel is a bit old. The shower does not work correctly. It is located on road, not in the town.

Stayed here for our 5-day skiing trip in Pas de la Casa w my 2 teenagers. It is a quite basic accomodation, we stayed in the studio that was a bit cramped for us 3. For 2 adults and 2 kids, it would be ok. The location is good for hitting the slopes, but a pain if you want to walk down to the village and then have to walk all the way again. Floors were icy cold and the view from the window was not what I expected! Being affordable, it meant that there was som partying in the corridors that you had to endure as well.
