I love the Room because it is huge and comfy. However, i had a really bad experience with the staff name Yahada. She had a problem with me since my arrival. My friend and I did not check in at the same time. I arrived at noon and she would arrive in the evening. But Yahada insisted that I had to stay at my room until my friend arrived and came down to pick her up by myself. It sounded ridiculous to me. I wanted to explore kyoto by myself. Why would I have to stay in the room waiting 7 hours for my friend! Checking a guest in is receptionist’s job not mine! After I took a 30 mins rest in my room; I wanted to go out and went down to ask directions from receptionists; too bad that the other person was not available so I had to asked Yahada again. This time she pretended that she didn’t understand English just to not help me. I was sick of her pretending because she was talking to me in English for at least 10 mins arguing about the things I mentioned above. So, I was pissed this time and ask her “What us your name?” She replied “I don’t understand English” I just hate her. The most incapable, arrogant, pretentious, unhelping, unfriendly receptionist I’ve ever encountered. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!

Great location near subway (2 lines) and only 3 stops from Kyoto station. The view was nice from the 7th floor. Washing machine in the room is a plus. There even is some kind of trousers press in the room. Unfortunately there was no free bed linens change during my 6 day stay. I had to pay for one (not very expensive though). Also the breakfast could be better.

Generally speaking, it is quite cost-effective for stay Kyoto Banjing to be a hotel in winter.Surrounded by some restaurants in online celebrity and shopping spots in online celebrity, the traffic is also very convenient, and it is a beautiful place to go out.But theirCleaning is not every day, just doing the most basic cleaning. Of course, this was made clear before, so it is acceptable on the whole.
