Staff were nice however, I got an extremely bad cold from the constant COLD air conditioning in my room. It was blowing so much cold air, that I developed a bad cough, hurting chest and blocked nose from it. I was told that it could not be turned off. It ruined the rest of my trip. I will not be back at this hotel.

Nice hotel located very close to Kyoto Station. Room very small but not dissimilar to other Japanese hotels. Only minor irritation is the soundproofing could be a little better - child in the next room was very audible to us.

when i checked in, officer requested me paid extra fee 5500 yen.
I reserved 3 beds + 1 sofa bed room for 5,7, 15 daughter, my wife & me.
He said that over 3 adults so that i needed to pay it.
I rejected and he discussed with his manager again & again.
Finally, it was waived.
It is my bad impression when i just arrived/visited this hotel.
I already reserved the largest room which was more expensive than double bedroom x 2
Also no this kind of conditional extra fee when i reserved this hotel.

I LOVED EVERYTHING!
The overall facilities and the room was so clean and neat. It was so convenient to get 7/11 & Kyoto station. Only 10 mins walk away to AEON mall.
Loved their free drinks, public bath and free kits, and the breakfast.
The staffs are willing to help for anything. For sure I will stay this hotel again when m back to Kyoto.
