I stayed at this hotel during a two weeks holiday with a friend. We spent a lot of time touring so we were only in the hotel to sleep however it was comfortable and clean.

A bit far away from kyoto station about 15 minutes. But nearby easily access bus stop station, but need to spend some time to explore bus line. Bus stop here with mini stand logo. Nearby have convenient stores less than 5 minutes walking distance. Pretty good on amenities services, e.g. dryer and washing machine.

Great location and an absolutely lovely room which is much bigger than the rooms in most hotels and serviced apartments in Japan. There is free coffee downstairs in the lobby area and the room boasts a fridge, tabletop stove, microwave and bath. All in all 100% recommended, we loved it!

Easy to access location. Friendly staff and tidy room with a Japanese flare. There are not many restaurants nearby but there are quite a few continence store.

The girl at the front desk, Satsuki, had a pleasant smile and introduced restaurants near the hotel. Her smile healed her from a day's fatigue. The bathroom is great for wet and dry use. Coffee and hot tea are provided free of charge in the living room on the first floor. The environment is quiet, warm and comfortable. I have booked a room for another week in January and will stay again.

The location is good, about 8 minutes from the subway station and less than 1 minute from the bus station. The check-in time is only until 9 pm, so if you want to check in after the time, you can inform the hotel in advance by email or message. The hotel has employees who can speak Chinese and their service attitude is very good. The room is very clean and quite spacious, which is quite large for Japan. The hotel can store luggage for free. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay here, but the only drawback is that there is no mirror or small chair. I can only sit on the bed to eat. The mirror is only in the toilet.

It is a budget hotel. The reception desk closes at 9 p.m. After that, you need to use a key card to enter and exit the door. The family room has a simple cooking stove, the dry and wet rooms are separated, and traditional bathing is provided, which is very suitable for families to have fun together. There is a 24-hour supermarket 1 minute away. The lowest parking price is 1,100 yen per night. There is bus No. 50 near the door, and it is 15 minutes away from Kyoto Station.

The location of the hotel is good, 15 minutes to the metro station, room size is ok if you are traveling alone or as a couple, coffee is free in the lobby. No room cleaning in the 4 days I was there

The hotel is very cozy, the room is quiet and clean, and it actually has a wardrobe, toilet and bathroom, all separate. There is a lounge on the first floor where you can do some things, such as use a computer, which makes up for the lack of a separate writing desk in the room. There is also free coffee or black and green tea, so you can choose freely. In short, the hotel is better than I imagined!
