The staff were soo polite when we arrived and helpful. It was the little touches that made us feel special...example it was really hot and they brought us a complimentary Ice Lemon Tea which was so refreshing. And another day we were waiting for a taxi and they brought us each a bottle of water. Just so kind. And the rooms were so clean and well decorated. And loved the sheets, pillows and bed. Was so comfortable and had a great night's sleep. Overall a wonderful hotel and customer service experience.

The hotel itself was nice and modern, but the room was a bit smelly, someone smoked there before. Also for this kind of hotel I would expect English speaking personnel at the reception desk. But all in all fine.

This beautiful Hotel is very central in Kunshan. We enjoyed very much the beautiful view from our room over the whole city. The staff is very friendly and we had the chance to store our bikes after a long bike ride through amazing Kundshan area.

The main thing is that there are two beds in the room, which is very suitable for family and children. The mattress and quilt are very comfortable. I slept until dawn. Take a walk in the ancient town early the next morning and feel the water town life of people with small bridges and flowing water. It is really pleasant to spend the holiday here.

Great little place to stay. I booked the room with a balcony view. Enjoyed sitting on the chairs in the morning and evening. Mosquito netting around the bed is perfect for a good night sleep. Overall I would love to come back here again. No issue with Food Delivery into the park. Hotel staff were helpful in arranging Taxi Service to Oriental Land Station (100RMB). Enjoyed the shops and plenty to do over a couple days if you like to take your time strolling leisurely. Also traveled to Suzhou canals near Qilishantang and Pingjiang which are great as well.

They contacted me on the morning of check-in and specifically told me how to navigate to the B&B (first navigate to the Zhouzhuang Town People's Government, and then navigate to the B&B). After checking in, I was given fruit and reminded that they had small wontons for breakfast. We wanted to taste local breakfast in the scenic area, and the boss lady recommended a breakfast spot (Xin Zhenyuan Su-style fried prawns), which was indeed delicious. The room is very clean. There is a partition between the two beds. It is good to accommodate three generations of grandparents and has privacy. I really like the layout with a balcony. At this temperature, it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony. The equipment is complete and new. The Shiba Inu in the B&B likes to play with people, but it’s best not to pet it as soon as you come up to it, as it will make it unhappy. The boss lady said that she should play with it for a while first, and then try to stroke it when it gets used to it. When you go out and pass the small bridge, you will reach the scenic spot more than 200 meters away, which is very convenient! Before leaving, the landlady also gave me local shortbread, which was very thoughtful! If you come to Zhouzhuang, this is the right place to stay!

Clean room centrally located inside zhou zhuang. So it allows u to explore the place at night. A bit of a walk through the uneven pavement and up and down a bridge, with our heavy luggage and mum’s difficulty to walk is not the best. However, to stay within zhou zhuang, that’s the only option. Ask for 2nd floor rooms will be even better. Our room is back facing the alley where the housekeepers walk in and out chatting . Owner is also very nice and friendly.
