房間乾淨整潔 服務態度好 就在地鐵出口的地方，交通很方便，如果開車也有停車位，周邊外賣選擇也很多，強烈推薦！

房間很破。。。是我住過這麼多年的酒店裡最差的。進了房間水壺裡竟然還有半瓶水。房間有點味，地毯老舊的不像話，枕頭被罩感覺像是用了20年。抽屜裏還有一團衞生紙。服了。。。房間裏有蚊子就算了，竟然還有蒼蠅。問前台要個蚊香液也沒有。房間是挺大，但是整體的讓人難受。還得要按金，攜程還寫着免按金呢，人家不*你。。。。

蘇州11號地鐵出口就在門口，去蘇州、上海真方便。房間面積大、光線充足，乾淨衞生、工作人員服務態度好感受到賓至如歸。以後有機會還來入住

住過兩回了，價格便宜但衞生質量並不打折，老闆人也很好，周邊就是地鐵11號線，半小時到達蘇州東方之門，出去玩非常方便

酒店衞生啥的還可以，這個價位也就這樣，主要前台服務態度太差了，攜程預訂的，還要額外打白條收按金，我質疑説我定了這麼多次酒店沒遇到額外收按金的（攜程訂單説明瞭免按金），前台説這回就讓你遇到了，要不是時間着急我一定換一家住，非常不愉快，很不推薦！同時到前台的還有一對中年夫婦，就是問了一嘴説前台訂房比網上貴一些，前台就極其不耐煩的説那你就從網上訂唄，態度非常惡劣！！！！
