When you open the window, you can see Yangcheng Lake. The air is so fresh that you want to pack it up and take it home! There is a huge cherry tree at the entrance of the hotel. It is so beautiful when it is fully opened. I quickly took a photo and checked in to share it with my friends. Hahaha📸 👨👩👧👦**Parent-child facilities** are super considerate! The children's playground is simply a small paradise, with slides and ocean balls, and you don't want to leave! I saw that there is a shallow water area for children to play in the outdoor swimming pool. It is safe and clean. It must be very happy to take your baby swimming here in summer❤️ 🚴♀️**The activities are super rich**! The hotel rents bicycles for a fee, including single bicycles, double bicycles, and children's bicycles. It is super healing for the whole family to ride around the lake~ I took my baby to play with the claw machine on the first floor in the afternoon. There are so many Ultraman, which made him very happy~ 💖**The service must be praised**! The front desk lady Sammi is super gentle and the service is super good. When checking in, she took the initiative to send a little frog 🐸 toy to coax the baby, and even prepared children's toothbrushes and bathrobes! I had to go out for half an hour because of something unexpected. I WeChated Sammi, and she also looked after my baby for a while. She was very patient. Thank you very much~~ When checking out, the front desk lady Zoey saw that we had a lot of luggage with the baby, and she was very enthusiastic to help us take the luggage to the car. In the past ten years, I have been to Fairmont Yangcheng Lake every year. There are different scenery in each season. This time I took two elders with me. The hotel staff Cookie and Ruby were kind and responsible. They arranged the room in advance and delivered afternoon tea to the room. The elders were very happy. The hotel room was clean and the surrounding environment was beautiful. Next time, I will choose Fairmont Yangcheng Lake as always.

The weather was good and I took my son to the suburbs to play. I accidentally chose this hotel. When I checked in, the front desk managers Ruby, Cookie and Sarah were warm and thoughtful, which made me feel a little good about this hotel from the moment I checked in. Thanks again to Ruby for arranging a room on the 8th floor for us. The moment I opened the door, the vast lake view came into view. I couldn't help but take a photo of my son as a souvenir. This hotel has been collected and recommended to relatives and friends when I checked in. I look forward to staying in this hotel again when I go to Yangcheng Lake in October.
