情侶入住請慎重！！！環境差，樓上一股味道讓人很難接受！我是網上訂的，訂的時候其他房間特別備註了公共衞浴，這沒有備註的一般會理解為是獨立衞浴，誰知去了才知道！想退款，沒有超過1小時。但是就是不給退房費！裏面全是公共衞浴，水龍頭都是壞的！門都關不緊！我這拍的照片衹是我訂的房間！網上的圖片跟實際情況差太遠了！女朋友進去看的時候看到床上有髮絲和洗不掉的污漬！心想退一步讓他們重新換個床單將就一晚吧！誰知態度很強硬！房費也不退！一副愛住不住退款不可能的態度！後來通過平台聯繫客服也沒用！更關鍵的是我到了樓上才知道我的核酸檢測證明已經過了48小時，誰知他們開局沒事，不登記也可以！這樣的旅館誰知裏面住的有幾個登記的！果然貪小便宜吃大虧！便宜沒好貨一點不假！最後客服電話打的多了才肯退我30塊！
這樣環境差的旅館政府為什麼不好好整頓一下！
