We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk staff kindly upgraded our room for free, which was a wonderful surprise. The room itself was superbly spacious and impeccably clean. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, including collecting all my parcels and handling exchanges and refunds. I am 100% thankful for the exceptional service provided. The hotel’s location is also a major plus, being quite close to the Kunming train station. We had a morning train to catch, and it was very convenient to just walk to the station. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who are transiting through Kunming.

Good location, convenient transportation, the train station is close at hand, the subway station to the airport is not far away, and it is also the starting station, everyone has a seat, the first bus is at 6:20 in the morning, and it takes half an hour to get to the airport. The ticket is 5 yuan, which is economical and fast😀, and you don't have to take a taxi anymore. The hotel has just opened, the decoration is grand and coordinated, the workmanship is exquisite, very nice👍. The equipment is complete and the quality is good🌺. The rooms on the south side have a wide view, overlooking the magnificent Kunming Station and the beautiful square in front of the station🐮. An excellent value for money hotel with free transfer to and from airport. Much impressed with the heated smart toilet. The very late free cancellation policy (on the day of stay at 18:00) is very good given that airlines nowadays have the tendency to either cancel or delay the flight. A highly recommended hotel especially for transit passengers.
