The staff allowed us to check in early, and the hotel amenities were excellent. The staff were very friendly, and the location was also close to the subway.

Nice and affordable hotel with nice location. Right by the green lake which is a nice area for walks, food and sightseeing. Useful amount of restaurante and amenities around. Metro is around a 700m/10min walk away, where one stop is needed to travel before reaching the main lively area.
Super friendly staff and great service from them. I had problems with the ac in my room the first night and they promptly changed me to a new room. Breakfast is basic, nothing special but okay. Cheap.

Mini tatami room really only fits the bed but it was extremely comfortable. Check in person was helpful even though I arrived very late. Very clean and excellent location for exploring Kunming.

There were renovations going on, which brought a strange smell to the hotel, especially in corridors and elevators. Rooms were fine, but nothing special. The location was good, especially if you like to be close to the lake. We did not have hot water for the 2 days we stayed in the hotel . The staff of the hotel were not able to help us out beyond the hotel registration, so that was a bit of a bummer. Nice view from the roof terrace however. .

Hotel was ok, but nothing special. Breakfast was acceptable. We enjoyed an afternoon on the roof terrace, which is a nice extra of the hotel -although it was not maintained or kept clean. The ladies at the reception were nice, but could not help us find a taxi, nor provide us any information on how to reach touristic destinations. This hotel is likely not really suited for visitors who are not used to travel in China or don't have a local Sim card.

It is very centrally located at a few minuets walk from the Green Lake, Yunnan University old campus, and the Military Academy.
It has recently renovated and the rooms are very comfortable.
The breakfast is good, but a bit limited in the choice.

It feels very good. The service at the front desk of Room 006 is warm and thoughtful. I will book a hotel with them every time I go on a business trip. The main reason is that I think their environment is very good, the hygiene is also good, and the staff are very enthusiastic and patient. It is worth staying
