昱凯·尚轩智能轻奢酒店(翠湖公园云南师范大学店）

This is not a hotel. The environment is extremely poor and there are no safety facilities or safety tips. As a result, my wife fell and broke two bones. The boss still did not come forward to solve the accident. It is infuriating!

For the price, I think there is nothing to fault. I was very satisfied and stayed for three nights in a row. If I have to talk about a shortcoming, I would like to upgrade the slippers. There is a pungent smell when opening the package, but it will dissipate after a while of ventilation. It would be perfect if it could be upgraded!

I wanted to follow the City Walk route, so I booked this hotel which is very close to Rubber Bookstore and Wenlin Street, Cultural Alley. It's a really nice hotel. The room is spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable, allowing me to have a good sleep. The staff's enthusiastic service makes you feel warm. The transportation is convenient. The rooms are clean and the service attitude is good. It is also very close to Cuihu Lake and Yun Normal University. The rooms here are really the most cost-effective. All in all, if you stay here once, you will want to stay here a second time.

Xiao Tan in the hotel where we stayed was particularly nice. We seniors don’t know how to book flights or hotels. He helped us book hotels in other cities [laughter][laughter]. We changed our minds and decided not to go. We asked him to help us check out of the hotel, and he helped us check out of the hotel again. In short, I would go here for a while and then not go again. Xiao Tan took the trouble to help us time and time again. We are very grateful to him. What a good kid. [strong][strong]

前台小姐姐服務態度很温柔 送客人到房間 房間衞生OK 比較不一樣的是他們的一次性杯子是有獨立包裝的 這個比其它酒店更衞生 小收納盒裡有一次性馬桶墊 但是沒有浴帽 可以完善一下

到昆明旅遊對路況不熟悉 前台妹妹接電話後不辭辛苦親自到車站接我們，並且還給房間升級了，頓覺温暖感動必須點贊！！！房間乾淨衞生，智能服務，住的舒服滿意！酒店旁邊就有車站，飯店，吃住行都很方便，下次再來昆明還是會選擇這家酒店的。

第一次來這裏玩，跟朋友出來旅遊，酒店內部環境驚艷到我了，就連我朋友也説房間內很乾凈整潔，沒有什麼異味住的很舒服。採光也非常好（今天下雨天氣不好，晴天太陽可以照到室內），酒店服務也很到位。第二次定啦

還不錯 性價比高 位置也可以

酒店位置很好，交通方便，附近距離文林街很近逛着逛着就可以回酒店啦！前台小哥哥人很好服務耐心因為是淡季還給我們升級了房間，智能酒店有我兒子喜歡的小度，房間也很大睡覺很舒服，下次在昆明中轉還要選他家！
