Acem Hotel

I can say that the only good thing about the hotel where we stayed for 2 nights is the garlic sea. There are 2 types of food. Our room was insufficient. The place was very bad. The bathroom was dirty. The floors were full of moss. The hotel looked like it was abandoned. One person was at the reception. The other two people were standing at the bar. All they served was drinks and toast. Hamburgers. There was no one around the pool until the evening. There was no garbage. When I ask why it is not there, they say it is a smell, but there is no one to collect the garbage. I give 3 points to the sea. Drinking water is not put into the mouth like sea water. I don't know why this is the same at the beach or in the bathroom.

We went to the Acem Hotel in Ayvalık Sarimsakli again 4 years ago, then everything was great, breakfast and dinner were great. The last time we went, I was disappointed. Both breakfast and dinner are worthless. Think of it as pates for dinner. You need a thousand witnesses to say dessert with desserts. Fruit, damson plum. There is nothing else but grapes, I felt sorry for the money I paid, I gave five points so that my review would appear at the top.

Unfortunately, there are many shortcomings in service, the food is very inadequate and there are not many options for children. They charge 6 TL for 1 liter of water, this price is a cruel figure. I drank Turkish coffee with my money, they didn't even bring water with me, when I asked, they said the management forbade it. Carrying luggage was difficult as I went alone with my child. The pool is clean and has a comfortable place on the beach. There is parking but no valet.

The location of the hotel was great. The rooms were clean, but you know because pigeons came to their balconies. The food was not bad, always the same appetizers and food types, only the main dishes change. Their staff is very arrogant. They seem very interested in front of the manager, but they are very sullen when their manager is not around. This is a hotel that can only be visited for its location.

Geçen sene gidip memnun kaldığımız Sarımsaklı acem Hotel için nisan mayıs gibi, yetkili yasemin hanımı arayarak 26-30 Temmuz için erken rezervasyon yaptırdık. 3 yetişkin 1 çocuk için tek oda 4.400 TL'ye anlaştık. 150 TL depozito gönderdik. Daha sonra 1 oda daha tuttuk. Orada da 2 kişi kalacaktı. Diğer odada da 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk kalacaktı. Onun için de 2.000 TL'ye anlaştık. Fakat gideceğimize yakın 2. Odada kalacak 1 kişi korona olduğu için o odanın rezervasyonunu iptal ettirdik. Kaldı yine tek oda,3 yetişkin,1 çocuk. Otele telefon ettiğimizde yetkili ilayda hanım yasemin hanımın işi bıraktığını, onun anlaşmasının geçerli olmadığını,1.800 TL daha ödememiz gerektiğini söyledi. Yani 4.400 + 1.800. Ben bizim erken rezervasyon yaptırdığımızı, o fiyattan anlaştığımızı söyledim. Ama o bu fiyatta ısrar etti. Durumumuzun iyi olmadığını, bu tatil için bütün yıl para biriktirdiğimizi, biraz hoşgörülü olmasını rica ettiğimde kendisinin de memur çocuğu olduğunu ama çalıştığını söyledi azarlayarak. Daha yetkili başka biriyle görüşmek istediğimizi söylediğimizde çok meşgul olduklarını, sonra arayacaklarını söyledi. Bütün gün ve akşam beklediğimiz halde kimse aramadı. Biz de arayıp rezervasyonu iptal etmek zorunda kaldık. Memnuniyetle rezervasyonu iptal ettiler, depozitomuzu da gönderdiler. Böylece erken rezervasyonlu ucuz odayı daha pahalı bir fiyata, başkasına satma imkanına sahip oldular. Bu, bence çok ayıp bir davranıştı.

Temizlik konusunda çok yetersizdi. Odamızdaki banyoda çok yoğun bir nem/küf kokusu vardı. Otel çalışanları havalandırırsak geçeceğini söylediler ancak kaldığımız sürece boyunca, odayı havalandırdığımız halde bu kötü koku bizi çok rahatsız etti. Yemekleri güzeldi. Çalışan garsonlar da ***et başarılıydılar.
