Imperial Suites Serviced Apartment Reviews

Stayed here for 2 nights.. check-in and check out handled by a lovely host from the guard desk. The unit is labelled as a master bedroom as it has a bedroom + bathroom+ kitchen without a living area (sofa) which was enough for us. So we had to eat on the floor lol The bedroom area doesn't have a window which is fine as it is a place to sleep. The windows are actually at the kitchen area,which is facing the inner part of the building (facing other units). But it was bright as the unit is on the highest floor. This type of unit is actually isolated and located within the service lift compound. Another suggestion to improve the unit would be getting a small microwave and put it on the top of the fridge.

Right in the center of city. Near to shopping places. Clean room. Great hospitality. Suitable for families & group of business travelers.

Clean, good facility and very spacious room. Perfect place for family, amazing view from our unit. Great location attached the shopping mall. My family very enjoyed and satisfied stay in Imperial Suites. I will come again for next vacation.

Everything is good. But few item need improve. Couch cleanliness, feel itchy if laying on it. Wifi signal bad, need improve.

This is my 2nd time to stay here. Comfortable place when bringing my kids to stay.

The room is big and spacious. Suitable for big families and security is also good. There is also a kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The TV inside the main bedroom can't be turned on. The Laundry room will be charged if you want to use it. The parking is only free for one car, If you bring more than one car, you need to pay for the parking. The service from the agent was unsatisfied. For the 1st time user of this apartment, I'm unsatisfied with the service. They do not instruct properly where to pay the parking for more than 1 car. They also did not explain how to get into the apartment. Please upgrade the service when welcoming the guest. Overall the room spacious,clean and comfortable during our stay.They also provide few amenities like towels,soap, hairdryer,hot and cold water, refrigerator and kitchenette for guest.

Good location and good service. Raymond who gave a good service to us. Thank you for his prompt action when we need help on the check in process. Only the bathroom amenities can be improve as the shower gel and shampoo is 2 in 1.

Clean space, staff is very helpful with the pre-stay instructions by whatapps. The only lack is the stove which is a bit confusing to use. And surface did not hot enough to cook anything. But other than that it's a wonderful experience.

Very spacious, tip top clean, easy to find food and attached to boulevard shopping mall

Everything was okay, good location : next to shopping mall where we can get almost everything for our trip. Food court, restaurant, souvenirs shop, supermarket, hypermarket, watson and guardian, all available!

The room itself was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.
