AC Hotel by Marriott Kuantan Reviews

Vistana Hotel overhauled, a very decent upgrade with the Marriott label. Clean, comfy, with many of the basic amenities provided, as well as a gym and swimming pool. Free flower black coffee and tea from morning till 10pm. They rotate their breakfast spreads, and the change of menu is a pleasant surprise. Selection is satisfactory for a hotel this size.

Really love this hotel. The room is very clean, especially the toilet. Bed is very comfy. Breakfast spread has variety and delicious.

As a frequent business traveler, I recently stayed at AC Hotel Kuantan and wanted to share my feedback. Overall, my experience at the hotel was positive. The facilities were well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I did encounter an issue with the room air conditioning system. Despite the comfortable initial temperature, I noticed that the room began to feel warm after a few hours. It took some time for the hotel staff to address the issue and take action to resolve it. While I understand that maintenance issues can occur, I hope the hotel can improve its response time to such concerns in the future to ensure a consistently comfortable stay for guests.

Will repeat again next time!

Second time staying in this hotel. Like the first time, no disappointment at all. Convenient location & big carpark. Received a parking fine when having lunch nearby. When I enquire from the reception, Mr Badli on payment method, he immediately volunteer to help us make a trip when he knocked off from work at a later time to go make the payment. Truly appreciate the kindness of Mr Badli. A gem to AC Kuantan Hotel for having such great staff.

The hotel is new and just renovated. Free coffee and tea at lobby for your stay. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only one thing is limited TV channel, only have AXN (but always not working), hope they have improve and increase the channel.
